Robinsons Relocation Avaliações

Excellent staff. Care and consideration. Organised and cheerful.

We hired Robinson Removals to move our 2 bed ground floor flat to a second floor flat and they moved everything with great care and consideration. They turned up on time and organised their own parking (a congested street which on I didn’t know the owners of the cars). They work wonderfully as a team and nothing is too much of a bother for them, in fact they admitted they enjoyed a challenge. I also have to say that they are good humoured and friendly.

We have been slowly unpacking for a week now and haven’t come across any damaged items or even a scratch.

I highly recommend them and after moving house many times over the years, doing the moving myself, I consider the cost of hiring a removal company as the best money I’ve spent in years. Will definitely use them again in the future.

The team came to the house, packed everything, and moved us to our new place. They were friendly, professional, and very careful with our things. They were also saints as our new house has four floors including a spiral staircase going up to the loft bedroom! Amazing team. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

What a fabulous move day we had, after all the stress and heartache with our sale. Special thanks to the office for all their help
The move team assigned to us are a credit to your company, they were met by a gibbering wreck and by the end of the day she transformed into Mrs Happy 🤣
They were so organised, patient and calm, but at the same time good fun and personable. Everything went perfectly and above expectations.

I would highly recommend Robinsons

The were very helpful and efficent with my move. The staff were friendly before and during the actual move.

the crew knew what they were doing and did it well. no problems at all.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable right from the start with the initial survey to the final item carried into our new home.
There were a lot of disruptions to our sale as we were in a chain and not all went smoothly, however our contact at Robinsons dealt with all our issues with good humour and obviously extensive experience. On the day of the removal it was very late before we could gain access to the new property and extra staff turned up to help as if by magic! Well Done all at Robinsons! They made a difficult day much easier for us with their energy enthusiasm and good cheer. Many thanks to you all.

After looking at quite a few moving companies I found Robinson which provide a very competitive price.
Highly recommend them as they provided a friendly and professional service. The whole experience from start to finish was really good.
Lara in the office provided a quote in a few days and waited patiently until we were ready to provide an actual date. She was really understanding of our situation and really helpful as well.
Quotes are also valid for 28 days which is quite handy.
Tony and James were very friendly and professional, turned up a bit earlier than expected to check out the area so they could start at the time we booked.
Delivered our stuff safely a few hours later.
Really good service and highly recommend Robinson

Excellent experienced, friendly and careful staff. Brilliant service.
Thoroughly recommended

We used Robinsons to move contents of house from South London to Oxfordshire village. Graham and Will from Robinsons were faultless, on time, polite, incredibly efficient and wrangled furniture into a cottage you wouldn’t have expected to fit through the doors.

I would highly recommend them.

Robinsons is staffed by efficient and cheerful staff who couldn't be more supportive and helpful: from Lara and Tony in the office to the two crews who managed my move out and move in. I have used this company twice and have recommended them to other family who were also very satisfied with the full service. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or to suggest them to friends and family. Thank you to all the Robinsons team!

Robinsons were professional, gave great advice, and their team was friendly and arrived promptly. They were also very determined to get my bulky furniture up the tiny cottage stairs!
10 out of 10 for sheer determination and effort!

Excellent Service from the team looking after us. Second time we have used Robinsons and we cannot fault them in any regard. Its the level of service and attention to detail of the crews that makes them stand out.

Having completed our third international move with Robinsons, we do not hesitate to give them 5 stars! The teams were great both sides of the ocean.
Thank you!

Move went very smoothly, the guys were friendly and helpful.

We were very impressed by the service provided by Robinsons' Birmingham branch, from the initial home visit to the actual move itself. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We would certainly recommend their services.

The team were excellent, fast, funny and reliable. I couldn't have asked for anymore on a stressful moving day!

Excellent professional service all round, would definitely use again

The team were fantastic.
Lee came on his own on Wednesday and worked like an absolute trooper. After a few hours, he called in help and it all went ahead. On Thursday (move day) they arrived nice and early and were super organised. They were all extremely polite and respectful of us and our things. I cannot praise them highly enough.
Lee organised everyone fantastically and is a credit to the company!

Robinsons Relocation were amazing throughout the process. Very patient with me trying to get the right day and date to move house. On the day of the move they arrived on time, packed everything quickly and it was the same at my new home. Thank you Robinsons, highly recommended.
