This is the third one of this type that I have purchased, I’ve also have done gift shop and the coffee shop so the clock is the last one, I am hopping there be more like these models as I have found brilliant to make and look nice on the shelf Regards John Darby

Some parts where not very strong and broke when taken out of the wood

Nice puzzle. Design is great with outstanding detail, nice coloring, and good fit. Only thing that kept me from giving it a 5 star rating is the lousy shipping. Took longer than estimated and sits for days in one location without any good tracking.

The instructions were very clear and easy to put together. However when you slide cuckoo box in make sure it slides in very easily otherwise the doors will not open fully when put together. I had to do some sanding and a very small amount of lube to fix the problem.

Despite me breaking several parts during disassembly because of my own mistakes, ROKR still took care of my request for replacement parts without hassles!! I’ve become a loyal customer as a result, and the products are pretty damn cool to boot!!

This was a winning gift to 15yo grandson. Found it mind challenging and learnt hand eye coordination plus finger hand dexterity. Great buy, thank you.

The Coffee Factory is a super idea with moving parts to create lots of interest. However some parts are easily broken as too fragile. I refer to the little coffee machine on the upper floor where the plastic sheet is too stiff to form a cylinder. Maybe warming up the plastic in hot water will soften it to allow a cylinder to be rolled. The fragile components of the cylinder frames easily break. This part needs to be rethought perhaps with a preformed cylinder. The manual is OK but some drawn details are too seal resulting in parts being fix the wrong way round. Apart from the above gripes, this is a great model.
