Resposta da Rocket Paye
Hi Derry,
Thank you for your review. You are being paid on a PAYE basis, which provides you with employment rights, the ability to secure continuous employment and you are able to take advantage of Rocket Rewards completely free of charge.
For you to deduct your own PAYE you would likely require and accountant which comes at a large cost.
We hope you can see the value in being paid through Rocket and will continue to be employed by us.

Resposta da Rocket Paye
Hi Wojciech,
We appreciate your frustration on this but unfortunately this is of no fault of our own. As a payroll provider, we can only pay on instruction by the agency. We have no say over timesheets or hours/ days that are signed off.
The contact you could not get hold of also works for your agency not Rocket, so hopefully this helps you understand Rocket Paye's role.
We hope you find a solution with your agency and it can be fixed for you.

Excellent communication, always on time
I have never reviewed an umbrella company, but Rocket Paye is excellent; the payslip is on time, and the bank transfer is never late, too.
