From the brilliant range of products, through ordering on Rocket Rubber's website, and their email communication I was already impressed. The delivery was a couple of days after ordering and when DPD sent the parcel to the wrong address and could not find it, Rocket Rubber were quickly available on the phone this afternoon and immediately contacted DPD. When DPD's investigations were going to take several days Rocket Rubber immediatly got back to me saying they were sending out another order for me which is set to arrive tomorrow morning.
Update: goods arrived promptly next morning and the product is really excellent. My guide dogs now have a non-slip, waterproof and comfortable surface on their grooming table.
I could not have been met with a more courteous, understanding and prompt response from them. I would not hesitate to use them again. outstanding service and great product.

Great service, rapid depatch

Communication was helpful before I purchased the sound insulation. It was delivered by courier with a 1 hour timeslot which was very helpful. The insulation was as we hoped and we were able to fit it to our generator sound box very easily. The easiest way to cut it is with a serrated bread knife - cuts it like butter.

HAD A FEW ISSUES WITH DELIVERY BUT WAS CAUSED BY DELIVERY COMPANY DELIVERING THE WRONG PALLET TO US. BUT VERY QUICKLY SORTED OUT OUR ISSUE.
