Repaired the glass on my galaxy s5 the same day. The owner offered me a discount as they are a veteran owned company and my husband is in the army. Great knowing they are veteran owned and reliable. Surely recommend

I brought my iPad to be fix for a shattered screen. The knowledgeable staff was very helpful and professional. It was a very reasonable price($100) and was ready within a few hours. Hopefully I won't need their services any time soon, but if I do, I will definitely bring it back to RockIt Repairs.

Had a problem with my kindle fire not charging, so i mailed it to rockit repairs and haven't had a problem with it since!(2 yrs now) Also, reasonable prices. Tried to take it to 2 other shops before i sent it to rockit repairs. I was told to buy a new kindle

I loved being able to mail my device in, get it repaired and mailed back to me within a week. And the repair cost was less than $100, so far less than the device was worth.

They broke our Ipod. We brought it in got a new screen, got a new screen, but it didn't fit. They convinced by daughter that a new case, which they provided (super cheap case) would hold everything together. Not acceptable. I went back to take up the cause and they eventually gave her a used one for free; one they used as a loaner. I did still pay the original bill, however. If I wasn't there, my kid would still be left with a broken Ipod.

Had an Amazon Fire Tablet repaired. Knew the cost upfront. Done in a very timely manner and haven't had a problem since - it was well the $60. Return it in perfect condition.

This is where I will turn any time I have the need!

Had a crack in my Galaxy Gear 2 watch. This was repaired and shipped back to me within 24 hrs as promised. I would call this a 1st class service. Watch looked good as new.

I sent my Amazon Kindle Fire HD to Rock It because it would no longer charge without me distorting the charger connection in bizarre ways. ROCKY knew exactly what the problem was and how to repair it. They sent it back to me like new.

My 1st generation Kindle Fire was not charging anymore. When I called Amazon to inquire about repairs, they said there was nothing they could do and recommended I buy a new Kindle! Then, I looked on the internet and found RockIT Repairs. They were so helpful and friendly and answered all my questions and said, yes, they could repair my beloved Kindle. I sent it to them, they replaced the charging port, and returned it to me in short order. That was almost a year ago. I have had no problems charging my device since then and RockIT has followed-up more than once to make sure everything was working perfectly. I highly recommend this service.

The port on my kindle fire would not allow it to charge. I sent my device into RockIt Repairs and was charged $60.00. It was an easy process and I got it back really fast. I was able to charge my kindle however after about 35 days it stopped charging again. I contacted the company but was told the guarantee was only good for 30 days. They were nice and polite but would not fix my kindle unless I paid another $60.00. I wish I hadn't spent the money because it wasn't worth it.

Fixed my kindle which was not taking a charge.The whole process was very easy from mailing it having it repaired.They did everything they said they would.They emailed with estimate before they fixed it.It was responsible and it was fixed and mailed back in a good time.Would send my electronics to them again.

Needed my charger port replaced as it was loose and not charging phone. Took it into Rockit on a Thursday,received an email two hours later saying repair was complete,picked up on Friday(could have picked up sooner but had to work). Port still going strong 6 months later. Will do business with Rockit again if needed. Great Job!!

I could not find anyone near me to repair my Kindle Fire cgarging port that had loosened and wouldn't hold a charge.

Found RockIT Repairs via google search and mailed off to them. They repaired quickly and sent back and the Kindle Fire has been working great since I received back 4 months ago!!!
