Just barely ordered, so I can’t say much, but so far so good!

Ive skiied since I was just little so naturally I own more ski apparel than I know what to do with. However, me and my fiancé decided to elope last month in Colorado. I had to find a nice ski jacket for the occasion. Taylor was an excellent help during my “dress/jacket fitting” lol. She didn’t know it was for a wedding, but it was important that this was a special day and she made it just that.

Made my first purchase today 01/27 my experience with Taylor was awesome. She clarified the description of my ski jacket within minutes and answered all my concerns. The jacket was ordered quickly and I was completely satisfied. New to skiing and plan on ordering whatever items I can with Rocky Mountain. thanks again for the great service you are highly recommended!!

I ordered gloves today and received confirmation that order was processed. I then received email that order was cancelled with no explanation. I called main number and received notice to leave message. I don’t know why order was cancelled and can’t even speak to anyone. I guess only option is to leave message and hope someone calls me back. This is unacceptable and unprofessional in 2019.
Any explanation would be appreciated.

Easy, item in stock, shipped out quickly

I’m very pleased with my new ski mittens they arrived in a timely manner in brand new shape as sold. I called Rocky Mountain and The first responder explained how to measure my hand from the natural bend of my wrist to my longest finger and make room for rings as well as fingernails . Then they went the extra step and I was connected with the stylist that actually went and tried on the mittens to give me exact feedback on The proper fit for my thumb and the idea to make sure there was no constriction at any touch point that might restrict circulation or warmth. I found their product to be excellent and it matches my ski coat by Toni Sailer black ,quilted, with the motif . Their delivery was excellent and their customer service was very excellent !

Tried to order a jacket 3 times online with Rocky Mountain. It kept charging my card and then cancelling off of my card. Tried to call the number on the website several times only to get a recording that says "an voice mail box had not been set up". Seriously? Lastly, I left a message for the "Chat" person about sizing and still haven't received a response back

Rocky Mountain sends me a wrong size ski jacket, Descente women's jacket, $ 600. I ruined my ski trip and I could not return this because of the return policy and lost my money except 20 dollars useless coupon. Because I will not use this shop never again.

I found out that Rocky Mountain sent me a wrong size jacket when I arrived in Canada Banff. So I had to buy another ski jacket in Banff and I lost one ski day finding ski apparel shop.

I noticed their mistake to Rocky Mountain when I found it in Canada by the messenger but customer service said they don't have any left my size at all whether it's black or white. So I said I will contact later. As I came back, I called customer service. The manager said "You can do nothing about that. Because our return policy is within 30 days." "The only thing I can do is giving you 20 dollar coupon."

Return request call was 32 days after. (I ordered this jacket November 28, but it shipped me December 9 just before the ski trip. The delivery took 12 days) I just lost my 600 dollars. Oh, she gave me 20 dollars for my inconvenience.

Now, I don't want any return. I just want everyone to knows this company's policy.

Very easy to order. Although web portal did not work to make a return so had to call the phone number. Gladly, someone answered and helped.

Ordered a jacket and got an email saying they didn’t really have it in stock. I would recommend they keep better track of their of their inventory or fix their system

These guys get it done nicely. They have a nice store in Atlanta and have an excellent inventory of equipment and skiwear.

It took a week to "ship" and it was only after I had contacted them. I have tried to track the item for the past 2 days and it says "Shipping Label Created, USPS awaiting for package". I didn't order a shipping label, I ordered a jacket.
I've no idea when or if i am ever going to get this jacket.
