I’m a big fan of the skin tint but recently attempted to purchase the bee venom face wash. There was a glitch with the website and I ended up missing the sale and was so annoyed. I reached out to customer service and they fixed the glitch and honored the discount. They got back to me so fast and were so easy to deal with. Even checked on my purchase after everything was good. Excellent customer service!!! And obviously great products!!!!

Order not received. Reached out to customer service and received an AI auto response.
Order placed March 26–it’s now April 15

First time using bee venom and got it at a brilliant price, the difference in my complexion was clearly noticeable after 3 days, I no longer look grey and the fine lines and wrinkles are noticeably less.
Will continue to buy this even at full price.

Today I opened a brand new Rodial mascara - fully sealed with plastic still on etc. The whole thing has dried out inside to the point where I could barely get the wand out of the tube. I’ve had it for just over a year it was either a gift or from a beauty box. I sent photos via WhatsApp to C/S and they said they needed proof of purchase to be able to help. Looks like I’ll just have to chalk this up to experience but at least I know not to buy this brand for my myself or my beauty obsessed daughter.

From ordering to delivery super quick no issues. Products great. Mascara great makes my eyelashes look amazing. Banana lowlight contours your face brilliantly.

I absolutely love the Glass Skin Tint and the Soft Focus Glow Drops. The Glow Drops is meant to be a primer but it looks so good I use it as the last step.
I had used the Glow Drops before it was a small bottle which was in a Christmas Advent calendar and was thrilled to bits with it. This is my first time with the Glass Skin Tint and there will be no going back now as it is amazing. I am really pale and wasn't expecting a good match but was I wrong it is absolutely fabulous and I love it.

Refund/return policy. For international beauty products with no option to shade match, giving customers a fair return option to receive even a partial refund is essential. I’ve purchased from many intl beauty brands who’ve mastered an effective business model. Rodial misses the mark. I will not purchase again nor share having a positive experience. I should have checked the return policy, so that’s my oversight. As a business, I recommend they do more consumer insight into UK brands getting it right. They exist.

On my first order there was a small issue. I emailed Rodial customer service and within minutes received an email back from Alex. We shared a few emails very quickly and within 10 minutes my replacement product was on it's way. Never have I experienced such friendly, cooperative and efficient service. I was so impressed I asked Alex where I could write a review and here I am.

Have always been aware of Rodial but only recently realised what fantastic products are available. High end products with fabulous consistency. Loving the Collagen drops and banana lowlighter. Celeb endorsement is certainly raising awareness of Rodial and its products.

The Banana Lowlighter is perfect! It has a perfect applicator that doesn’t put too much product on the tip. You don’t need a lot because it covers so well. The guidelines for the correct shade is also spot on!

Brought something awhile ago , just got another parcel coming which I did not order. Company said if I don't want it , just have to send back but they will not cover the p&p , absolutely appalling . Will never order from them again

Can’t believe I wasted $50 on this crap! Company seems fine - Product is a joke.
