The sale of our house in Shenfield was handled professionally and courteously and all went smoothly. Our purchase of a house in Colchester, on the other hand, encountered all manner of problems, pretty much a textbook on all the things that can cause trouble. Zoe and her team handled all the issues patiently, thoughtfully and guided the whole process to a successful conclusion. We couldn't be happier or more grateful.

Avoid at All Costs – Unprofessional and Incompetent

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with Roger Brooker & Co and would strongly advise against using their services. From start to finish, their communication was abysmal – I constantly had to chase them for updates, and when I did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful.
They initially had the member of staff dealing without situation quit, and did not appoint a new member of staff, leaving us in the dark for weeks on end with no communication.
I encountered incompetence and a complete lack of urgency.

Our house sale fell through directly because of this firms lack of communication.

We would like to commend the exceptional service we received from Kerry Webb in relation to our recent property move. Despite a number of hurdles to overcome and last minute developments the entire purchase and sale was completed with the utmost expediency and efficiently throughout.
We would have no hesitation in recommending the excellent service we received throughout the whole legal process.
