You make my morning better, honestly. This year I purchased old R.O.K. presso machine on ebay and started learn brew espresso. since then I made good progress and now I decided to buy upgrade kit. Gosh, Now my old presso makes quite solid and very tasty espresso. Thank you so much! What started like an experiment now is my hobby.

Really brilliant service from ROK to help me fix my trusty espresso machine which is now almost 10 years old.

The plastic gears of my GrinderGC broke after 4 years of use. I contacted the customer service and they replied very quickly with instructions how to replace them and a link to get new gears mailed to me. Although I'd prefer the gears to be more durable, I can't fault the service and making spare parts available.

While browsing the website, I decided to buy the Presso Smartshot. I have long wanted to make espresso at home but I don't have the space or desire for a barista machine. Shopping was simple, shipping was prompt. The Smartshot is trivial to use and makes a delicious cup. I especially like the simple construction and easy cleaning and maintenance.

I am really glad that we got it sorted. I live in the Netherlands and Getting it here did not work. I got a refund and great communication. Pity THAT I didnt recieve the order but how it was managed was lovely! Thank you

I ordered twice and I have received nothing. This must be a scam!
I have tried to get contact and then it stoped. I paid lots of money and it was stolen from me!

The upperpart broke and there was suggested to invest and install the upgraded version. By mzking the first coffee after this the portafilter broke by the pressure. Now they don’t provide the portafilter anymore for the older type. I had 1 month pleasure from my machine.

I love all things Coffee!! This is the perfect edition to my ever growing Coffee Collection and variations!! It's very easy to use, stylish and really compact so easy to store and doesn't take up loads of room. This is now the Perfect way to brew my "Exhale Coffee" other brands are available but not as well roasted as Exhale🤪 But honestly this is very cool, I thought i couldn't get better than aeropress.... I think I just have!! If you love Coffee Just buy this!!! Delivery super Quick too!!

Only ordered a spare part, but it was required to keep my machine working. Great fast service, and was only without home made coffee for a couple of days!

I have had a Rok coffee maker for at least 10 years. It’s used 3 or 4 times a day. I wouldn’t be without one.

I love the Rok espresso grinder and have used it well for several years. My only complaint is the gears breaking more frequently than I would like. Rok have in this instance provided a free replacement. They have excellent customer service.

It was simple. Response was very prompt. Explained my situation and they you treated me accordingly .
