The advertising for this product is very misleading. They show people with bowls piled high, when, in reality, a 40g portion is a little bit in the bottom of a bowl.

When it's advertised by the company as being high quality that's exactly what I'd expect.

However having an auto immune disease I use an app that can scan barcodes on products and gives you a better Idea what food products are really like as I like to eat healthy

Three out of four came up poor, all three saying too fatty and one of the three too many additives which I wouldn't have expected from how' they are advertising. Only one box came out good.

Having contacted the company I have now had a response and been refunded so when I wrote my original review I was still waiting for a reply but happy they have acknowledged my concerns and resolved

Think however I'll stick to cheaper products within my local supermarket that rate better overall for my needs.

When I first tried Rollagranola, I thought it was amazing big, clumpy pieces of delicious granola. Now it’s just powdery, with no big clumps of that crunchy goodness. The quality seems to have gone downhill. Some of the nuts are insanely hard and actually hurt my teeth. There’s no texture to the product anymore.
I don’t know what’s gone wrong whether they’ve changed their manufacturing process or the ingredients as demand has increased but the product just isn’t what it used to be. When quality was really high I was happy to pay the premium and subscribe but now there are plenty of other products at similar prices I can buy from the supermarket.

Ordered three different flavours 5 boxes. Didn’t like the ones I tried raspberry and the chocolate, neither did my wife. Will be donating the other boxes to food bank

I love their keto granola. Not cheap but very good. I've always found them as a company prompt with good coms. I sue them a lot

I ordered two boxes of the raspberry granola. It looks slightly pink, but can only see tiny traces of raspeberries, not pieces as expected. Looking at the composition on the packet, it says 8% only, so not surprising. I found that there were too many nuts and the taste is slightly bitter. I'ts great that it has no sugar or artificial sweetener added but some kind of natural sweetener would help, like perhaps apple juice. Not buying again.

Ordered a few different flavours of this a few months ago and it was delicious. Placed another order recently and it never arrived. They say it’s being delivered by Royal Mail, however when I track the items, Royal Mail says they haven’t been received. Rollagranola have yet to respond to the two emails I’ve sent them, requesting an update or a refund. Very disappointed that they seem in no hurry at all to resolve the issue, but we’re quick enough to take the money from me over a week ago.
Will not be buying from them again!

Best granola I have tasted. It is expensive but they do use good quality ingredients. My favourites are Cool Raspberry and Zesty Caveman. I have them with Greek Yogurt, Overnight Oats and grab a handful as a snack. Never had an issue with delivery.

Product is okay... customer service is absolutely non existent. Charging premium prices but you need to provide a premium service which it definitely isn't. A phone number that doesn't work and an email address someone allegedly picks up once a week or so. Tried to change a product for absolutely no response.Won't be using this company again.

A rather overated product. Yes..they have many wholesome ingredients, but many of the varieties taste no better than others you can buy, in my opinion, even though Rollagranola seem to think they do.
As there isn't much in the packets, the only way you can make them last is to mix them with other cereals, which defeats the object really.
Some of the products within the packet are quite big,or clustered together, as some others have said.

What's with all the poor reviews. Decent product and they slipped up on an order and seem keen to correct it.

The one with raspberries (and coconut) not only has got no taste like ones, also there's no color anywhere near that would suggest presence of raspberries. There's a lot of room for improvement.

Give a 1 star based on hearing you received recently a 1 star food hygiene certificate. Will not be buying again, I cannot imagine what you factory looks like it must be so dirty

Many issues ordering from Rollagranola.
- Stale items sent out (Absolutely Chocolate)
- Lengthy delivery times
- Bombardment of sales emails
- Incorrect items sent out and no customer support
- Item quantities not always available or have to buy more of the smaller boxes which is not cost efficient.

Customer support has been poor after receiving a wrong order and no response following emails. Very expensive and premium product with no customer focus.

* In response to the comment below, Rollagranola did email us directly with nothing constructive and did not rectify the issues raised. Customer service is an absolute disgrace!

The granola is delicious when I can get it. I ordered the low carb granolas in a six piece bundle. I placed my order on the 17th January 2025 the payment was taken on the 20th but as yet ten days after my order I have not received anything. I have emailed twice but I’ve had no reply. Not sure what has happened but I wish they’d put it right.

The best granola ever made has such great ingredients with lots of everything declared on packet

brought the Keto Caveman without looking at the ingredients, only to discover when looking up the sweetners. it contains:- Polydextrose isomalt, sucralose, and erythritol. All of which are the furthest thing from healthy in my opinion. Won't be buying again.

This Company makes great Granola. First Purchase came perfect but second purchase and the Granola wasn't up to first standard. Didn't taste as nice was the first.

I have ordered from here before and I loved the granola. This time it was 6 days before Royal Mail received the items. I rang up after I didn't receive any reply to my email from the 16th Nov Just called them and asked for partial refund, lady was very nice and explained it was their fault and I gave feedback saying maybe a message should be put on their website advising of stock issues so people know before ordering. My items are due to be delivered this week so all ok. Quality is good, just the customer service side needs looking at.
