Ordered a pair of shoes in september with a giftcard. Said shoes did not arrive. After 2 weeks i emailed asking where my shoes were. Their response: ‘issues with royal mail and they’d issue me a refund’. I received a £1 refund a few days later. Upon emailing asking where the rest of my money was they responded that: ‘it only comes through as a £1 order on the system and they’d look into it’ which is a joke in itself. If the cheapest pair of shoes on your site cost £15 it’s extremely obvious the rest of the balance would’ve been paid via a giftcard. They then proceeded to pry about where i received my giftcard where i stated that i had obtained it from a trusted site i have used many times where you can exchange cash for a brands giftcard at a cheaper rate (eg. pay £10 receive a £15 giftcard). This is the point where customer service stopped responding despite my numerous follow up emails to the thread and starting new ones. They refused to respond to the point where i was confident they’d either blocked or blacklisted me so i contacted the site where i purchased my giftcard and they contacted the rollasole rep for me. The response: ‘the giftcard i had received was issued in error and i wasn’t supposed to have been able to obtain it.’ Excuse me? You joined that site. You allowed users to select your brand to purchase giftcards. Even if you had forgotten to remove your account from the site it is your duty to honour your mistake. The customer service rep for the site attempted to dispute this with rollasole however they also seemed to be blacklisted too as she informed me that rollasole were just sending her automated emails. This is extremely unprofessional behaviour. The fact that they’d go to this point over £10 speaks volumes about this company. If you are supposedly successful and a legit company then why is refunding £10 for your mistake so much of an issue for you? And why do you join these sites if your intention is to scam innocent users out of their hard earned money? £10 is minuscule to any successful company so why are you blocking anyone who asks for refunds? Extremely suspicious behaviour. Also illegal too

Terrible company, to be absolutely avoided!! I put in an order for Christmas and never received any delivery! I emailed their costumer care and no reply!!

My order never arrived and I didn’t get my money back either. when trying to contact the company for help about getting my order I was unable to contact the company every time.

Ordered two pairs last week of July and they arrived within 5 days. One pair had a streak of something I couldn't rub off, company responded and replaced them for me.
Very easy to work with. Kind of surprised by the other reviews stating there was a lack of customer service.

As a "Tailender", its hard not to feel personally let down by Rollasole.
We ordered a large box for our wedding.
Needless to say, the box didn't arrive and the company has failed to respond to any of our messages. Claiming the money back through the bank.

Ordered 2 pairs in November, didn’t turn up, no answer to any correspondence, all I want is a refund!

Shoes arrived in great condition, staff were really helpful when I had questions over when they would arrive due to the postal strikes! Would definitely buy here again

Ordered shoes for my wedding guests at start of May. Order still not arrived and they haven't responded to any emails or messages on social media. Doing a charge back through my bank.

Edit : still mot arrived at end of June and still no response. Bank has tried to make contact with company

I ordered a pair and received confirmation that they were being dispatched at the end of October, end of November now and no sign of the shoes and no replies to any contacts. Assume now that this is not a genuine company
