I am an independent videogame developer and, as such, rarely have a big budget when I exhibit my games at events. I have used RollerBanner.co.uk a number of times for different projects and, honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I'm always impressed by the print quality, the quick service/delivery and the value... every time I take delivery of a new banner, I open it up and think "How the heck are they so cheap?"!

Quick turnaround! Speedy replies and good work. I sought out trust pilot to leave this review - I never normally do reviews but I was so pleased with the work and how quickly they were able to process my order (I left it late!)

How bad can one company be? You create an order, pay your money, then are told that “your artwork will not suffice, please resubmit”. Fair enough, but they didn’t say what needed to be changed, so I wrote an email asking them specifically what needed changing. No reply for days and the clock is ticking towards the event I needed the banner for. Three further emails and no responses. I then have to order elsewhere to guarantee delivery. Instantprint actually who were brilliant. Buy from them! Anyway I had requested a refund several times but still nothing. Then a few days ago I received a telephone call from their owner/manager/whatever. No apology. Just wishing to know what the issue was (despite having the email trail in front of him). I told him and he kept trying to get me to say that it was simply a lack of communication. I kept telling him it was the entire buying experience for the consumer. He concluded by saying he would refund me right away. They haven’t. He was worried about me leaving a bad Trust Pilot review, however his arrogance on the phone was, shall we say, not well received by me. As of writing I’m still waiting on my refund. Next stop County Court Small Claims. Please don’t waste your time, energy or money on these jokers!

We made an order weeks ago and have had no correspondence. The email they provide for dealing with sales issues keeps bouncing back our emails say it no longer exists and we have had no refund. The contact details and VAT number of the website seem to link to other organisations. Maybe this is a scam I don't know but currently I would advise anyone else to avoid.
