Joined and played in July, no wins, took a month out, deposited and played again in September, actually won and requested a total withdrawal of around £250, things were looking up, or so I thought. I was booted out of the site in the middle of a bonus round, which didn't improve my mood, only to find that the account was then locked at 4am they were requesting the KYP routine, notice none of that happened in July and they let me deposit again in September and only requested ID when I tried to withdraw.

They found fault with a scan of a document and requested an phone photo, ok, odd but no big deal, then they requested a selfie with said doc, ok, again no big deal. later on the 18th I recieved an email saying

We will now review the information provided. Once the review is complete, we will contact you on your registered phone number within three business days to complete the verification process.

Since then I've heard not a peep, had one missed call this afternoon (23rd) from an unknown number, no message left, and no further email contact.

I was going to wait to write this but what's the point, they clearly aren't going to pay out and just gave me the run around for ID I provided.

I'm not sure what they are doing waiting over 3 working days to review three items of ID, maybe looking for fingerprints? Either way I salute Rollerbet with a resounding middle finger and a name so foul that it would make a Sea Captain blush. You really should feel ashmed, but you probably don't.

Why don't the Gambling commission do something to stop these dodgy sites allowing people to deposit to win money they will never be able to withdraw?

Exactly the same pattern as above deposit fine, get balance up a bit, account blocked. Provide the required documentation - get response all is good with verification - but account still blocked. Numerous emails later no response. I called UKGC this morning to make them aware - currently no active investigation against Rollerbet but I would say that will change soon. Company is registered as Tech-In Global Ltd, with a Chinese National called Qin Zhang the sole director. Companies House has all this information - UKGC recommends issuing formal complaint [Subject and Body of email to reference complaint] to support email address for Rollerbet - by their licence the company is obliged to respond to all complaints.

Absolutely stay away from them. I placed bets and they kept locking my account. The first time, they responded to my email after a long wait, saying there was no problem and unlocking my account. Then, an hour later, while my bets were still active, they locked my account again. It took hours to find out why, and the answer was "we don't know the reason." Now, on the second day, I've sent dozens of emails and received no response. Let's see how much longer they'll keep me waiting. I think this is a deliberate attempt to provoke me. It's the worst site I've ever encountered. I deeply regret getting involved with them.

Is site like 2 3 weeks ago I did think that waiting 24 hours for free spins was weird but new site so gave chance deposit no problem withdraw no problem then today I deposit like 20 my balance up to230 I also draw 30 waste withdraw and my account blocked I don't know why no live chat send email but could be waiting being honest I want my money then I will be not using after this and if I don't receive my money well there will be hell to pay

Hands down one of the worst betting sites I have ever come across...

You sign up deposit, place a few bets, you'll then get logged out and your account "blocked".

You then email saying you can't login and then they'll say the account is being reviewed.

My account got unlocked 24 hours later, I then placed a couple more bets and guess what? My account got blocked again.

24 hours later it got unlocked, and GUESS WHAT HAPPENED FOR THE THIRD TIME, YES THIRD TIME?

Honestly, they are an absolute disgrace. Im lost for words.

This is definitely the worst gambling company I’ve ever used.. I advise everyone please read this review before you even decide to open an account with them.

I made a deposit of £100 won my bet then they locked my Account. After sending my verification documents my account was re opened. I withdrew and revived my money. Then a few days later I deposited and won again. And guess what my account is locked again I had to keep sending emails to get my account un locked.. they only good thing I can say I have always received my money when I’ve made the withdrawal. But having your account locked every time after you win is annoying. Best advice don’t use this site definitely a total scam if you have huge win you will never get paid.

Joined today deposited no problem, made a withdrawal, continued to play, was up more money and all of a sudden I’m blocked and they want kyc information, I’ve sent all this no now waiting , no contact number, no live chat so don’t bother with this, I will update this as I know what’s happening

Now want a statement I’ve already sent from a month ago, says it needs to show transactions to them , how can it when I only joined yesterday

How can such a fraudulent operation be allowed. I signed up on the casino deposited 150. Won 560 and immediately got logged out. There was a message Account has been locked. How can UKGC allow such a fraudulent operation. Oddly there are multiple users reporting the same issue.

I really should of taken notice of the posts on here but as someone who likes a gamble i didnt and everything that i read and challanged to believe eventually came true.

I did end up positive with the casino bit it took me every piece of verification you can imagine and 4 days to get my withdrawal out of them.

I deposited over £250 in total and had £825 in withdrawals with which i recieved £725 and the remaining £100 was rejected (for unknown reasons) and put back into my account as a balance of £100.

Instead of waiting another 4 days i decided to play the £100 and then within 30minutes my account is completely blocked and i have no access or reason for this.

Honeslty dont bother with the site because if you do win they will move heaven and earth to not pay you.

AVOID at all costs, registered on tuesday deposited and won £200 my account was instantly locked and required verification which i submitted within 30 mins. Over a day later my account is then unlocked. I've withdrawn my money and it's now been stuck pending for 3 days.

This casino does not pay out, avoid at all costs.

I know everyone hates betting firms and when people see them they probably think, it’s only because he/she lost… this is not the case here.

When you win, they immediately send your account into a “cooling off period” so you can’t access any money you’ve won, then when you have withdrawn you still have to wait for the cooling of period even though you haven’t requested one.

It took 4 days to finally get hole of customer services.. I had to say to them I won’t be depositing again until this money has hit, and lo and behold the funds were instant.

Please be very careful with this lot..

I’m up at the moment with them and I won’t ever use them again… so so poor.

To top this off they emailed me saying a free bet gets added every Monday but not this Monday as it was the bank holiday 🤣 so it will be Tuesday, then they emailed me at 3am ( got it in the morning) saying they are looking into it and it will be 24hrs 🤣.

All I say is this, DO NOT USE these guys, I’m not bitter or annoyed as like I said I’m actually up for once 🤣 but it’s good to get one over these types of betting companies and show them for who they really are.

Awful full stop and I dare say it’s a scam. I deposited, won £300 and they’ve now decided to ask for 5 different verifications which I’ve supplied them with, they’ve now asked for a sixth which again I’ve supplied them with and told I now have to wait 24hrs for them to be verified. Since this has been going on, they happily accept you depositing more but won’t process the refund. I’m now £420 on pending withdrawals, £125 in my balance and then blocked my account with no further contact since.

Terrible keep asking for more and more verification and everything I give they ask for something new then when it's not possible to ask for anything else, they say get back to you next week, just constant stalling and it's only £300 withdrawal. Proper bet much better and instant withdrawal

Takes all your balance with no legitimate prospect of winning in my opinion. Every other spin is 2 scatters, never lands. Hundreds and hundreds of spins the same. Save your money and avoid being scammed here.
