Took 7 days to ship out, left all my inquiries and emails ignored and unanswered.

There isnt even an option to cancel an order on the shop itself which i tried after being left in the unknown. The product is ok but the customer service is absolute dogshit!

Absolut zuverlässig immer erreichbar, wenn es doch mal Probleme gibt. Schnelle Lösung

Mehrere Bestellung wurden nicht ausgeliefert. Obwohl alles bezahlt ist. Habe Mails geschickt mit Fotos von der Der Bestellung und Zahlungsbestätigung , und keine Rückmeldung seit Tagen.

bis jz noch nicht meine über 300€ Bestellung Bekommen

Very weak hit and effect.

It's a cheap synthetic that makes you mouth oily and is dangerous for you're lungs.

I got no refund or labtest.

All the good reviews are mostly fake or paid reviews, do not get manipulated, they want you're money by selling cheap bulk items.

Newbies/beginners would easily be victim to these fake vapes and overpriced flower but someone with experience know that this site is pure overpriced scam.

Customer service is absolutely nonexistent. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect anyone to respond or take responsibility. The whole operation feels completely fake and impersonal—they seem to rely entirely on AI instead of providing real human support. Extremely disappointing and definitely not recommended.

I placed my order back in May, I have emailed them several times with no response. I have no product that I ordered, no information from Rollz, no information from the delivery company and I’m out of pocket €155.
Incredibly bad customer service and I would advise all to stay away from this company.

es handelt sich um die Bestellungen #36769 und #36638, die ich vor ungefähr drei Wochen aufgegeben habe.

Ich habe die Pakete nicht angenommen, da ich inzwischen mit dem Rauchen aufgehört habe. Deshalb habe ich die Annahme verweigert.

Ich habe sowohl UPS als auch Ihren Kundenservice kontaktiert und Ihnen ausdrücklich mitgeteilt, dass ich die Produkte nicht mehr möchte und lediglich die Rückerstattung meines bereits bezahlten Geldes verlange.

Trotz mehrerer Kontaktversuche habe ich bis heute keinerlei Antwort von Ihnen erhalten. Dieses Verhalten ist für mich nicht akzeptabel.

Sollte ich nicht innerhalb der nächsten Tage eine Antwort sowie die vollständige Rückerstattung erhalten, werde ich rechtliche Schritte gegen Ihr Unternehmen einleiten.

Ich erwarte Ihre zeitnahe Rückmeldung.

Die letzte Lieferung kam leider verspätet an. Dies hat mich in Bedrängnis gebracht. Qualität wie immer 1a.
