Very disappointing experience and extremely poor customer service.

I paid for expedited international shipping, but the order has been significantly delayed with almost no reliable tracking information.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of support from customer service. Instead of properly investigating the situation, I was repeatedly told to wait or contact the local post office.

Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no real solution. I would not recommend Roncooley.

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY SEND TEMU JUNK AND WRONG COLORS. TRASH. THEN WANT YOU TO PAY SHIPPING WHICH COSTS MORD TVSN THE ITEMS BECAUSE THEY ARE IN CHINA. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING. FALSE ADVERTISING. SCAM

Nullissime. Si j'ai été rapidement livré, la coupe de la robe ne correspond pas au modèle commandé. Il manque des détails, tout est simplifié et on est trompé sur la marchandise. Site à éviter absolument.

I placed an order for clothing with expedited shipping, but I have not yet received the merchandise. I subsequently requested a refund, and the company has repeatedly cited system issues as the reason for the delay. I advise caution when dealing with this company, as it appears to be engaging in fraudulent practices.

I ordered and paid for a blouse that was on their website. What came was nothing like it, the colour, the style, the material was shocking . I am going to upload images on the next review.
This company cannot be trusted. Scammers! They offered me a 50% refund but they do no refund unless you return the clothing at your own expense.
I am taking action against them as they are a fraudulent company.

Names pretending to be American who copies pictures of clothing posted with very poor quality material and shape , size and design nothing like shown and do not refund offering discount only do not buy from - made the mistake twice under 2 different names

Worst experience ever in online shopping. If I could, I would give them a score under 0, negative.
Big lie , cheaters, run away! Never buy something from RONCOOLEY. The items have no labels- composition, manufacturer, which raises serious concerns about legality and compliance. And very very poor quality, nylon instead of cotton or linen. The items I received have nothing to do with photos and presentation on site.
And about return- they gave me an adress that cannot be find.

2 out of 4 items were good, however I needed to return items and was told the shipping costs would be charged.
The offer for 15% refund and keeping items wasn't as satisfactory as I would have considered to be fair.

This is a chinese site. It took a lot of time for delivery and you can't return anything because the returning costs are expensive for China.
They deliver another products and then they say that they can return 15% from your order.
I ordered a dress from linen, and I received a dress from polyester, with another cut, a horrible dress. I lost money and some time to dispute with them in following the return policy, which is so complicated that is easier to lose money from this order.
It's a misleading and a scam.

Materiaal, pasvorm is waardeloos en gratis retourneren is een wassen neus.

Ordered a dress 2 months ago, after appologising for running out of stock they sent me a peice of rubbish $2 dress in the wrong size, wrong colour, wrong length and when i tried to return it they offered a 40% refund and ghosted me BEWARE DO NOT SHOP WITH THESE SCAMMERS
