The Fakro windows are great it was good that they are able to deal with the pitch. Delivery driver was good.

great-looking windows, for an accessible price

Great response to any query very helpful

The instructions for installing the remote were poor in both video and written form. It didn't make clear that you need to put the device in learning mode before installing new remote.

Very helpful, professional and quick delivery. Excellent.

I purchased 4 Fakro roof windows from RW4Y, two years ago. I recently decided to purchase Fakro blackout blinds for these windows. Given the previous excellent service from RW4Y, I decided to purchase the blinds from them. I wasn't disappointed, excellent customer service, very effective blackout blinds, fast delivery. Thank-you RW4Y

The blind is fantastic. The instructions good be a bit clearer

good communication. Quickly replaced parts damaged in transit

Great company to deal with.
Needed 2 roof light windows for a dual extension between my neighbour and self for my builder to fit.
Rang, very helpful lady, sorted what was needed quickly and delivery was just a few days later!
Really pleased with how they look.
Would recommend this company.

Handle was good quality and easy to fit.

Everything was excellent and the product excellent 👍

Great products at great prices. From a product point of view and trust of the company can't argue. \
An improvement area is logistics- One of my items was out of stock, so the delivery was delayed. Communication of stock status and eventual delivery date could have been better, was a little haphazard.

Was able to order an item not listed on their website but manufactured by one of their suppliers. Reasonable price and delivery time even though a 'special order'. eCommerce convenience with local-store service mentality. Excellent.

I purchased a well insulated, fire resistant loft access door (dwf range) to install into a knee high wall.

The quality of the product is excellent and delivery time was good. It was made to order post purchase so be prepared for a short wait.

There were conflicting photos on the “official” FAKRO website and their sales site, so I phoned them and spoke to a courteous and helpful lady on the phone. She couldn’t tell me which of the two photos was accurate because they “don’t often see the products”, but she did tell me that they only produced the newer version, so I took a bit of a chance when ordering as I wanted a particular lock style.

All in all an excellent service and great product.

Easy to fit.

The terms for delivery were not clear so we had several missed deliveries. The link from the courier was broken so we were unable to communicate with them. Unfortunately we tried to communicate this to Kyla in customer service but on several occasions she was dismissive and unhelpful. When we finally got the parcel we didn’t even need to sign for it despite advice.

On time. Good delivery.
