De service van RoomPlaza is uitstekend, zij hebben mij goed begeleid om te huisvesten als internationale student.

RoomPlaza heeft mij super goed geholpen met mijn verblijf in Nederland. De Service was heel goed en bij vragen stond de service manager gelijk klaar. Kortom een hele goed ervaring bij RoomPlaza

There were so many things wrong with their service. Here are few of them

1. The rental contract they gave us was faulty and I was not able to register with the municipality due to it. Despite attempts to get them to fix the contract they didn't do it until 6 months later.

2. Still haven't got the deposit back 12 months after ending the contract.

3. The house where the apartment is in was under construction, which they claim they didn't know about. The apartment was on the top floor (3rd floor) but when I moved in there was construction underway where there was being added another floor above us. Due to this there was constant and loud drilling and construction noise from 8am to 6pm every single day, measured at 80-90dB. This was during Covid when everyone was studying/working remotely from home which made working from home unbearable.

4. Due to the construction above there were MAJOR water leaks in the apartment from the ceiling. Black mold had formed in the apartment due to leaks and water was streaming out of lightbulbs/electrical systems.

6. Despite all of this I was not able to terminate the rental contract and despite many calls and emails to RoomPlaza they didn't help us at all.

7. This company circumvents Dutch rental laws by renting out fully furnished rooms, with cleaning services to expats and international students. These type of contracts do not fall under general Dutch rental protections, so I was not able to terminate my contract with them

De communicatie verliep goed. Ook waren de medewerker heel vriendelijk en bereid te helpen waar nodig
