Speedy service from Roost
Speedy service from Roost, when our old boiler broke in December, worst time of the year! Ben, Jack & the Team were friendly, professional and very courteous. New boiler installed in less than a day and we've now taken out Roost's service plan. Absolutely transformed the temperature of our house - now cosy and warm, like never before.

Faultless service
Came out same day as my emergency, after normal hours. Chris was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient. If you can get on their books then do it as you will not regret it.

Excellent Service from Roost
Excellent service again from Roost. Was contact sooner for an earlier appointment as a result of a cancellation which meant my central heating was fixed sooner than expected. Chris the engineer was prompt, friendly, and answered any questions I had. Would be using Roost again and would recommend.

Christian was first class!
Christian was first class!! Serviced our boiler and gas fire and gave us a clear verbal report as well as the emailed documents. He also spotted our Nest sensors were off line - and provided coaching through a tricky process to sort them out!!! Could not ask for more - thankyou!!

Boiler not working on a property that is due to complete sale in 10 days. Estate agent called out Roost Heating. Thankfully just the pump and all up and running again. Many many thanks.
