I ordered my Rosabelle Mask on line after seeing it promoted on Facebook. I was slightly worried as some of the reviews were quite negative. I emailed the company for an update on delivery and received a prompt and helpful reply. The mask was delivered within 3 weeks and, although the box was slightly damaged, the mask was fine, protected by bubble wrap. The mask fits comfortably and securely with the adjustable elasticated head band. The instructions were not very clear and I re emailed the company, receiving a response the same day with a very helpful explanation and clear instructions. I tried these and the mask works as it should. It is too early to say how effective the mask is but I am happy with this so far and with the support received from the company.
