Today I received my mother's day gift from Rosaholic, a gift from my daughter, and I received 12 colorful roses most of them death, maybe 6 or 4 survive.

Absolutely beautiful roses. I ordered 100 long-stem yellow roses from Roseholics, and they were perfect. The color was vibrant, the stems were strong and elegant, and the overall presentation was stunning. They arrived looking fresh, full, and exactly as I hoped.
These roses made a very meaningful gift even more special. I would definitely order from Roseholics again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality, beautiful roses.

I ordered flowers on 4/24/26 to send to a funeral home to honor a deceased co-worker. Delivery was scheduled for 4/30/26. The flowers never arrived. The Funeral was 5/1/26. The flower delivery was postponed to 5/1/26 at 12pm. The funeral came and went, the flowers never arrived. Now they’re scheduled to be delivered on 5/4/26. Customer service is not picking up but instead instructing me to send an email. I now got an update that the flowers will be delivered on 5/4/26. And by the time they get to the destination they will probably be dead… just like my co-worker! Thanks for nothing! NEVER AGAIN!
No need for a delivery. The Funeral is over and my co-worker is in his final resting place

My delivery date repeatedly changes from Friday (with free shipping) to Saturday (with a $20 shipping fee) during checkout for several of the roses.
Customer Service stated that Friday delivery was no longer available, even though it still appears as an option until checkout. They also did not offer any accommodation or offset to the additional fees, despite the fact that I was placing six orders. To avoid being charged an extra $120 in unlisted shipping fees, I had to test multiple selections and proceed to checkout each time just to determine which delivery dates were actually available.
Additionally, I was told that Friday delivery is no longer showing as an option on their end for the roses I selected. However, after checking on two different devices, is not accurate.

Found the perfect flowers for a birthday gift & ordered to be delivered a certain day. Mind you I ordered them over a week in advance to ensure they made it. This is the first flower delivery I’ve ever had not make it the requested date. A few days after receiving tracking info, I got a notification that they would now arrive 3 days PAST the date I ordered for. When I contacted the company, I was told to ignore UPS tracking as it’s a glitch & rest assured they were shipped early enough to arrive the date requested. Now past the due date and I’m told they don’t issue refunds if it arrives within 24 hrs of requested date. Horrible service! Why would anyone order flowers to arrive on a certain day & be okay with them showing up after the day/event? Do not recommend, especially if you need them by a specific date.

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Roseaholics.
I’ve ordered from them before and had a good experience, which is why this was so surprising. This time, the roses arrived with thorns still on them — I actually cut my finger handling the arrangement, which should never happen with a product like this.
On top of that, the overall arrangement looked rushed and poorly put together compared to what’s advertised. It didn’t reflect the quality I expected based on my past order.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of accountability. I reached out to customer service and they have not been willing to offer a refund or properly address the issue.
For a brand that positions itself as premium, this experience fell far below expectations. I hope they take quality control and customer concerns more seriously going forward.

These flowers were absolutely gorgeous. I’ve never had a rose that has the little ripple at the end of the petal.
They came in a long box and then inside that one was another small box that protected the roses themselves.
They were not wilted or anything even though it was very warm down here in Florida during the delivery.
I put them in water with some ice cubes and no plant food and they lasted almost 20 days!
I received these as an item I have on a wish list and I cannot believe how beautiful these arrived. I am keeping them on my wish list for another color maybe in the future. Beautiful roses! ❤️ 🌹
