It’s a fun shirt with a rainbow on it, so I’m wearing it to work over my scrubs. They shipped it the same day I bought it. And offered me a discount code for my next purchase.

It was super easy to order! And their customer service was incredible! They contacted me to verify exact shipping information and then provided me a 20%coupon code for a future! Will definitely shop here again!

I was notified immediately that my order was received and notified it was shipped. I forgot to take the discount and ask if that could be changed but could not. I was given a 20%discount on another order within 24 hrs. Could not use that.

Took long time for shipping as product comes from china , it doesn’t make me happy , first time experienced, its okay , if you need to return product may you need to return china and may you pay self return shipment .

My husband offered me a shopping spree online for my birthday. One coat on the website caught my eye, I ordered it straight away! It should be with me shortly

I forgot to put mu unit address. And they text me to make sure. Everything was good. Excellent service

I would like not to give NO STARS for this company under Rose Malibu or Celia Moda who are the same organisation base in China.

I have experience an horrendous experience with the customer service.

I brought 2 dresses accidently which upon receipt was cheap and a completely different coour and style and nothing like the garments advertised on both there websites!

They have no integrity as an organisation and just want to take customers money knowing the complications of returning the products which firstly are high costs but I sent it back as a matter of principle and tested them to see how honest they were that they received the first parcel which they didn't disclose until I sent proof of delivery and they mentioned nothing and then sent me a return.

The second parcel is at Customs but as Royal Mail has stated and they are well aware that the recipient (Rose Malibu & Celia Moda) has to release the goods at customs in China and pay a fee which they purposely not doing and stating that it is my responsibility which is a complete lie as all information stated it is the receiptant must pay the import duty and had the audacity to state in an email 'user tax payment' request which is not for me it is for them to contact the China Customs like all custom sevices all over the world and advised by Royal Mail, AI and Google say the same thing and they do not want to assist in releasing the product so they do not have to refund my money.

I will be reporting the companies to the appropriate services as the China Post even states 'As stated by Chinese Postal Law you are responsible for all costs as stated below and you are all aware that you need to pay the local Chinese custom duties or must complete the clearance to collect the parcel' I asked them for proof which they have not yet emailed sent!

They are not trusting and misleading selling items that do not reflect the picture. Please do not buy nothing from these Rose Malibu & Ceila Moda or you will regret it.

My concern is not simply that I am disappointed with the dresses or the return process. My outstanding concern is the £40.46 refund for order #4333, which remains unresolved while the returned parcel is held at customs in Guangzhou. The refund for my other order, #4332, has already been processed after the parcel reached your return warehouse.

Both parcels were returned to the same destination using the return procedure provided. I paid the return postage and used tracked services. I have also explained the information Royal Mail gave me regarding the customs issue. Despite these efforts, I have continued to receive instructions to contact the carrier without a clear explanation of what further action will be taken.

I am happy for you to review the tracking details, but I ask that you also review my previous correspondence and supporting evidence so that I do not have to keep repeating the same information.

Please investigate the circumstances surrounding order #4333, tracking number LG984905780GBN clarify what is required to resolve the customs hold, and provide a practical response regarding my outstanding refund.

I would appreciate a direct and substantive resolution rather than another general request to contact customer support.

I provided the information, and she proceeded to engage me in an enjoyable conversation on the company, the products, and expected time of arrival of my order. The kind lady offered a promotional code for my next order, which I almost immediately redeemed, making an additional purchase. The entire experience I've had with Rose Malibu has been thoroughly exceptional. Well done, ladies and gentlemen. Thank you most kindly.

Ordering was easy, but there was a screen after checkout that prompted the same item at a discounted rate. Thought it was for my original order but it added a second item to my cart without a prompt saying so.

The shop looks good however I haven’t received the product yet hence three stars; hopefully it’s good quality. It looked really cool in the photos and the checkout experience was very smooth.

I haven’t received order yet but it seems to have processed quickly ago, it’s been shipped out and I’m expecting it soon. I’m excited to receive it. I will have a better outlook on my experience once I’ve received the merchandise and it’s quality.
