Same comment as others, purchased £40 dress, it arrived and was frankly disgracefully made. Offered refund if I returned item back to china, this was not collected and returned to the uk. Lesson learnt.

What a scam!! Almost impossible to get details of where to return goods. Their emails appear to be computer generated and do not address the issue being discussed.

Please do not purchase from this company (which is now closed, according to their website!) I have had the same experience as others who have purchased a 100%linen dress, which quite frankly bore no resemblance whatsoever to the posted photo. Several emails offering 15% & 30% off with no option to return. Totally disregarding of Consumer Rights Act 2015, which I quoted to them.
£39.99 lesson learned!

Do not buy.
I bought a dress that I wanted to return, they emailed back with different offers then when I said I just want a refund; they have ghosted me.
They send a link to give reviews, if you click on positive, you get to here, if you click on negative you get told the company has closed. Total scam, avoid!

Bought two linen shirts which never arrived. Despite contacting the company several times they have not responded.

Item not as described. I ordered a grey linen overshirt. This item is not linen. It's poor quality and not sized correctly.
I have emailed 3 times about the return process. No response. I can't find anything online about returns, just lots of bad reviews.

I have written about this company in July, I settled for a 30% discount on an item that was not as displayed but not before being given a right runaround on getting a address for a refund , which was apparently in China, after settling for the discount I have had no contact whatsoever until yesterday offering me a 70% on a new order and another today asking for feedback! Which seems all the more surprising as they have closed down. What a ghastly bunch , I have now contacted my credit card company.

Despite receiving 2 emails asking me how I like my purchase, their option for feedback now leads to a page declaring they've closed down. I don't like the dress - it doesn't suit me. Why I buy online from instagram is a constant source of a mystery - to me! It's cheaply made clothing, poorly represented in the images. I'm learning - slowly.

FYI I have been chasing a return label for 2 x linen dresses that are too small - today I've just seen that the company rose-mayfair have closed and 'reached a point of insolvency'

3 reasons not to buy from this company: 1. misleading images in terms of quality 2. Length of time from ordering to delivery 3. Customer service is non existent. Firstly the images of the goods which are on their web site vs what you receive is altogether poles apart. Purchased Sylvia strapless wide-leg jumpsuit (£49.95) and Lia Chic 2-piece lounge set (£39.95). DREADFUL fabric quality of both items and not worth the cost AT ALL. Ordered goods 25.06.25 and delivered 10.07.25. I was on holiday when the package was delivered and wasn't able to notify them within the 7 day return policy. Have tried several times to contact them and of course, no response. Don't waste your time buying from this company. As far as customer expectation and experience go, they don't even deserve one star. Please shop elsewhere!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering a dress from this company. The dress I ordered took ages to arrive and when it did finally turn up it is not what I was expecting. It does not suit me at all and so I emailed straight away asking for details of how to return as no dispatch note with my order. They emailed straight back suggesting I could keep the dress and they would discount by 15%. I responded to say thank you but no thanks I would like a full refund. No response since and I have sent numerous emails. Agree with other reviews, an utter scam. Please do not waste your money with this company. They do not do returns if you don’t like the garment. Lesson learnt!!

I placed my order MORE than 10 days ago and have received nothing. There is no phone number, no contact point, no tracking link, no customer services. This is a scam and they just take your money. The link just goes around and nothing happens. TOTAL SCAM I have since put this on their facebook site and I am now blocked.

Having bought the frequently advertised Fiona boho dress, it was disappointing to see that material was so cheap looking and hard and had tiny flaws in the fabric. Twice I emailed to return and was met with offers to keep it and a lecture on how I would be ruining their sustainability by returning! I then discovered I would have to return to China and would cost almost £30!! I gave it away and would never advise anyone to buy from this company

I’ve ordered some shoes that looked decent on the photos. What I got from Rose & Mayfair was of an extremely BAD QUALITY!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a dress that was 100% linen. I received a dress that was cheap thin cotton and a pale grey not a charcoal grey. They responded twice to my request for return details fobbing me off with offering me back 15% and letting me keep it, and than 30% refund with 60% credit with them to buy more of their clothes. Now they are not responding despite my daily emails asking for return details. Now approaching my credit card. Avoid at all costs. Appalling customer support, and completely mis selling this item.

OMG this so called company. Aka scammers are ruthless. Even created false trust pilot reviews on their website. !
