This is an ideal present for your girlfriend, its great quality and a good alternative to flowers. I also paid for standard delivery which was suppose to be 2-4 working days however i received it the next day which i was really impressed by!

I ordered a bear for a funeral on Monday for next day delivery with Royal Mail never arrived not even a email to say it would be arriving 3 days late and for some reason they shipped it through Amazon but it clearly says on web site Royal Mail next day delivery I have sent rosebear a email asking to cancel this order still no reply so I told the Amazon driver to send it back I think they have used Amazon delivery just to save a quid postage but for not to respond very poor customer service

Poor Service
Flowers were purchased in May and four months later faded dramatically. These items were guaranteed to last approximately one to three years therefore not as described.
Three emails were sent along with photographs but no acknowledgement/ replies were given.
Do not purchase from this company, the customer service is disappointing and there are other companies that will offer a better service. I have since purchased another box elsewhere and and delighted with them.
Rosebear - well these are now in the bin!!
