Lab-grown emeralds can sometimes appear lighter in tone depending on the specific batch and lighting conditions, but we completely understand that you were expecting a deeper, richer green. We’re also sincerely sorry to hear about the packaging and shipping experience. This is certainly not the standard we aim to deliver. While we package our jewelry securely, it’s clear that the outer wrapping and handling during transit caused inconvenience and damage to the fabric pouch and tin box. We completely understand how disappointing this must have been, especially since the item was intended as a gift.
