There is a restocking fee for returns.
It took two weeks to get to me. And the bra did not fit. Bra cup material is very thin. Definitely not a bra to wear with a t-shirt. The website says free and easy returns. Restocking fee of $10.00 to return on a $63.00 cost for one bra. And I have to ship back at my cost. Update** They did get back to me and refund the restocking fee. So the only fee for returning the bra was the cost of shipping. I got a full refund of $63. So the customer service for the return was good.

The keyla bra is not a Rose Garnet brand you’re going to get ripped off please do not buy!!!
I ordered four Keyla High Impact Double-layer Outer Underwire Sports bras I received four Skyrokan sports bras. Rose garnet is selling these bras stating they designed them to is is not true at all. There price over 60 bucks when you can get them online for 29.99 before discounts. What a scam!! I wish I can download pics to add with this so you can see it with your own eyes.

Three of the four bras were JUST ok. One was used.
Three of the four bras were okay, but just okay. Not worth the money. One of the bras seemed to have been previously purchased by someone who was too large for the bra. The arm straps were twisted and the bottom rim rolled up. It also had an odor. I suspect that over not that much time, the same twisting will happen to the three I deemed "okay" (and ONLY okay). Plus, the company will charge almost $5 to refund me. Not a happy camper. I don't want a replacement for such a mediocre product.

If something arrived with an odor or appeared previously handled, we would want to investigate that immediately.

No actual free returns as the website…
No actual free returns as the website claims. The bra did not fit in spite of using their sizing chart, it took a couple weeks to be delivered and when I realized it did not fit, they took several days to get back to me to “approve my return.“ They just gave me the address to send it but no label and I guess I am supposed to pay the shipping? Why advertise this is a free return? Won’t be ordering from them again.

Was sceptical about ordering a bra…
Was sceptical about ordering a bra without trying it on and when I received it I was right it didn’t fit. But the exchange was so smooth and this company was so helpful and I received my newly sized bra yesterday and wore it all day today and it was so comfortable that I didn’t even feel it. Love it. Would order again with no worries. 😌

Ripoff if you want to return, no uplift
I received my order, $94.50 for 2 bras. They fit, but no adjustment on the back strap, so no uplift. On Returning, u give a reason and then you can’t get past giving a picture, so I did not want to give a picture, of me in the bra so just took one of nothing to be able to click on next. At the end the shipping and restoring fee made it that out of $94.50, I only get back $80, wow, what a great deal. I had read the return policy but didn’t think it would be this outrageous. Do not buy their product!

Finally doing this review, couldnt find anywhere on the site to do it.
This is a mixed review for the keyla sports bra with external wire. I say mixed because I LOVE this bra except for ONE BIG ISSUE. The wires in the centre of the breast poke WAY out! I was so embarrassed when I wore one out as I have nothing else and someone pointed at the protrusion and said "what on earth is that sticking out of you?"I am big in the bust and its almost impossible to find anything comfortable that
fits. I asked to return my first one after a VERY long wait to receive it and was eventually given a full refund which I appreciated. I then ordered two more assuming after convo with customer service it was clearly a fault. I decided however to get one size smaller in the cup just in case it was a sizing issue...NO IT WAS NOT. Same issue but 2 bras now that are tight and STILL look like I have a gun under my shirt ready for a hold up...what on earth. Im so dissaponted. If not for this one issue these would be my forever bras that I would recommend to all that I know 100% Please tell me this will be changed or Im back to square one looking for a bra that finally fits. Im 62 and still searching! I cant go any where with this horn sticking out of my cleavage, my social life is officially dead😭Do I try a different style? Im afraid to try again, I dont have a money tree in the back yard. Ive guessed at the date as I can never find a log in to check my purchases.

The Keyla Sports Bra uses an external center support structure that is intentionally designed to sit outside the fabric to prevent internal poking and to provide separation and bounce control for fuller busts. However, we recognize that for some body shapes — particularly depending on breast projection and torso length — that center support can sit more prominently than intended. When that happens, it can feel uncomfortable and look noticeable under clothing, which is not the experience we want for you.
We’re especially sorry that this happened more than once, despite your efforts to adjust sizing. While many customers find Keyla to be their “forever bra,” we fully acknowledge that it isn’t the right fit for everyone — and your experience helps us continue improving future designs.

Update below - Customer service is 'ignore them until they go away'
I really like the bras and have three of them but their customer service is seriously lacking. I had an issue with a delivery of two more for me and one for my sister and emailed them asking for consideration and they were quick to say they would do everything they can to make it right. That was 10 days ago and while I've gotten lots of messages with 'deals and sales' I have not heard from them at all regarding the missing bras. I have sent them all the information they requested but still no response. I have also requested information on how to return the one bra I did receive since I bought it for my sister but now I'm seriously hesitant about recommending Rose Garnet to anyone and have yet to hear from them on how to return it. Very expensive mistake on my part and very poor customer service on theirs.
Update: Rose Garnet apologized and sent me the two missing bras without question so I'm now quite comfortable recommending not only their products but their customer service as well.

Very disappointed with the Keyla high impact bra. For the money it was a total fail. Not only does it not support well enough to be a sports bra, but the center stay or underwire support piece does not lay flat when you sit down. It literally pokes out and creates a bump in your shirt. Also the straps do not stay up. Complete waste of money!

Very poor support and straps do not stay up
Purchased both a white and a beige Juliet wireless bra in March 2025 I started using the white one and after a few uses and washing it started to fall apart straps would not stay up on your shoulders. It didn’t give you very good support. in fact, I tried on some shirts for my sisters for a future trip and the comment that they made was why don’t you have a decent bra? It looks like your lopsided so then I put the white one away because the straps would not stay up and tried the beige one yeah worked at first and then the same thing after you wash it no support straps keep falling off your shoulders. I wouldn’t recommend this brought to anybody in fact I probably wouldn’t give it away either.

We also want to clarify that the Juliet Wireless Bra is designed primarily for comfort and everyday wear, not as a sports or high-support bra. Its goal is to provide light lift, softness, and wire-free comfort — ideal for relaxing, lounging, or low-impact days.
That said, we absolutely value your feedback—it helps us continue improving our products for better fit and durability.
Very mixed feelings for an expensive bra
Keyla high impact double layer outer underwire. I have mixed feelings about this bra and have worn it about 10 times to give my best review. Size ordered was 42 DD.
First, the body of the bra is basically a wide strap, wireless bra with no support or lift. The "outer underwire" is a plastic t-shaped bone that is sewn in at the top center and then under the breasts in the front. It has no attachment down the center front (so it's free floating). Due to this fact, the center that should sit flat against the chest does not sit flat, as is depicted in many of the photos. Therefore, there is no "lift and separate" as you are led to believe. I wonder if the women's breasts are taped to make it appear that the bra sits flat against the chest.
Second, the band width is not as you might expect. My 42" band is exactly 42" when measured; so I have to hook the bra at the farthest hooks to fit. Normally, with a 42" band, I hook in the middle hooks. I'm not interested in ordering a wider band - you'll see why in my final remarks.
Third, the shoulder straps. To adjust the straps, they use a slide hook like the ones used on convertible bras that can criss-cross in the back. The strap has quite a few channels that allow a wide variety of strap lengths. However, the longest option seems kind of short to me. I use the channel that gives the longest strap and I am not a tall woman at 5'3", so I'm thinking anyone taller might have an issue.
Now onto my mixed feelings:
- because of the short band size, it's not easy to hook the bra; sometimes I have to hook it in front and then turn it around
- when putting the bra on, sometimes the slide hooks in the straps come out; it's a thing then
- the shoulder straps are very comfortable; this is extremely important with my large cup size
- once I get the thing on, I feel very supported and I'm not drooping; however,
- there is definitely some "uni-boob" because of the "outside wire" that doesn't lay flat against the chest
Perhaps ordering a larger size cup would help, but most of these bra producers only make the band larger to accommodate these things, which defeats the purpose and then you have to start all over again with the search for a bra that actually fits and you can wear all day.
Think twice before ordering. It's way more expensive than it should be.

I'm OBSESSED with this bra
I'm OBSESSED with this bra! The fit is absolutely perfect, not too tight, not too loose. It's like it was made for me! The material is so soft and breathable, I forget I'm even wearing it. The straps don't dig in, the band doesn't ride up, and the cups provide just the right amount of support. I've found my new go to bra!
