Ordered and paid extra for next day delivery it did not arrive next day £9.99 is a lot to pay for it not yo turn up !!
Having received the Rose it was in great condition and well packed.

The endless wait without helpful info as to what is happening was not good. Bought in early February, we dot not receive it until mid March. However, they were availale directly online by end February! Why were we treated in such a way?

I ordered a Pride and Prejudice rose with gift wrap as a gift.
The rose arrived in good time and the recipient said it was beautifully presented and very healthy.
There is lots of new and strong growth now it has been planted. She is very pleased.

The rose I ordered (named Barbara) arrived at least a week earlier than I expected which was a welcome surprise, the plant looks really healthy with lots of new growth and I’m hopeful that it will grow well and produce lots of beautiful flowers.
On the day of delivery the packaging was quite damaged and on opening it up the container the rose was in was also damaged but thankfully the plant itself was ok.
