Terrible customer service and refused to send me a return label unless I sent them photos of myself in the clothes I wanted to return? Extremely bizarre and a terrible experience overall. I will never be shopping this website again.

This dress was stitched horribly. The left side was gathered and pulled and the sizing was WAY off. The measurements you gave for a large was just way off. I’m beyond disappointed after waiting so long. Now they’re giving me a hard time returning it and I sent them numerous pictures and video which clearly show it’s horrible stitching and mis-sizing.

Any company advertising clothes where the model's heads are cut off is going to be a pile of s****.... Never ever order any clothes where the models head is cut off. It will be really bad quality clothing on a slow boat from China with no returns available.... The girl advertising these clothes is very catchy, but as soon as you go to the shop now site there's no heads available on any models. It's a big red flag...

Waiting over a month and still don’t have my dress . Email couple times about refund but never received an answer. SCAM!!! Don’t buy from them. Please help where can we report this?

I’d give this company negative stars if I could. Worst company ever! After charging an express fee to receive my order quickly, my order was delayed by 2 months! I told them to refund my money and cancel the order over and over and over but they refused and sent me a shirt that is NOTHING like what I ordered and WAY too small. Do not order!

So many things are wrong with this company. I ordered one dress midi and one long dress one jump suit, one body suit, all in medium. The sizes are all over the place. It took 3 months to get the body suit. The other clothes arrived 7 weeks after I placed the order. I asked how to return and they offered for me to accept $8.00. I paid $140.24. They flat out said the package will get stopped in customs and they will do nothing to accept. If I can give a negative rating I would. HORRIBLE. LYING, SCAM COMPANY.

Do not order from this company. When I placed an order on Feb 1, it actually didn't arrive until March 31 (after I took them to paypal). Until that point, they kept telling me they were looking into it. Then upon arrival, the items didn't fit (after using their size charts) and they offered me $4 to keep the $75 worth of products. If I was to return them, they warned me that customs may keep it and that it had to meet criteria after they inspected it before a refund would be given - didn't sound very assuring. Paypal finally got half my money back from them and I will never buy from them again.

I wouldn't even give it one star.. hideous!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They also go by the alias HM Clothing. Pants do NOT fit as size chart indicates. The material is cheap and poorly made. I wore the shirt I got once and its already falling apart. It took over 1 month for me to receive my order. Placed order Nov 4, and didn't receive until after Christmas. Customer Service was terrible. Asked for pictures of me wearing non fitting item. Offered me a $3 refund if I kept the non fitting item. This company is a joke, do NOT deal with them.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BOGUS COMPANY! Since 9/3/24 I have been trying to get a refund and finally was given a return address in China. It cost me $75 to return and after months of this bogus customer service claiming they still haven’t received my return, my package was returned to me marked “failure to pick up”! Sent them another request for refund with a picture of my returned package and have heard nothing! Buy from Amazon and forget these Chinese companies!

Wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had looked up reviews before I bought from them. Dress I ordered was not like the picture and material was very cheap. I emailed wanting a refund. They refuse to give me an address to send the dress back. Want me to send pictures of me wearing the dress. Um NO! Offered me a $3 dollar refund. I replied back stating I want to return for a full refund then came back with wanting to give me a $5 refund. Still no address to send the dress to. Just replies encouraging me to give the dress to someone else and take the $5 dollar refund. I am beyond disgusted and angry with this company. Very unprofessional. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was a disaster. I paid for shipping (7-14 days) and it took over a month. They emailed me with fake tracking information and they only shipped the item after I disputed the transaction with PayPal. The dress is beyond bad quality and poorly constructed. The front is fine, just looks cheap, but the back has a giant lump on the back, so I definitely cannot use it. I would have to remove the zipper and redo the entire back. I will never ever buy from this company again. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. Yikes

Bought sweater that smells horrible AND it got stuck in the packaging zip so it is now pulled. I sent a photo.
In the same order, purchases sequence top. The sequence was stuck to each other when I took out of packaging. When I tried to untangle it, I couldn’t and those that I could, it pulled the shirt. I also sent pics
Lastly was the metallic silver pants. Very thin material and too big. Sent photos. Whole order $95. They offered $6. I would send photos and then their next email would be please send photos. And I responded. The photos were attached. Finally they said you can send them to this Chinese address. I have to pay and if they don’t get through customs I’m out the mailing and no refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Buyer beware.

This company is a scam! The clothing is nothing like described or pictured! They do not have 24/7 customer service they have none! You can not return as they don’t respond to you! Cheap, Cheap, Cheap Chinese rip off company! Please do not purchase from them!
They have even blocked me on social media platforms!

I would rather give 0 stars. This place is the absolute worst, ordered 3 items which cost about $85. Took forever to arrive and nothing fit. I contacted them and asked about a refund and they insisted I send photos of myself in clothing. I refused to do that and they told me no to refunds unless I did. They offered me a $6 refund and told me I keep the clothes and donate them. When I told them no they offered $10. When I told them I don’t want to donate
them and I wanted a fill refund they told
Me it would cost me $60 to mail them back to China. Needless to say I’m stuck with this horrible clothing that doesn’t fit and doesn’t look anything like the pics. Do not waste your time and money on this scam place!!!

They went as far as to block me from Facebook when I wrote a comment about their clothes being poor quality along with they make returns impossible. I still have the correspondence of the hard time they were giving me about a return. The email is unprofessional with misspelled words, poor grammar as well as bad sentence structure. They also blocked my email once I told them I’m not taking pictures for them for a return. Sketchy company!!!

This website is scam. There is not possible way those reviews in their site are real. I online shopping all the time, never have come across with a store like this. I bought 2 items , they weren't the right size, I am a medium , one was too small and the other too large , the material was very cheap material they didn't look like the pictures. I tried to return, they said sorry my reason wasn't enough good reason and offered me $5 when my order was $91. Well, there is always a first time!

This company is a scam. I reported them to the BBB after asking for a refund on item that literally fell apart as I unfolded them. When I asked for an address to return my items they refused to give it. Instead they asked for pictures of the items that do not fit. They blocked me on Facebook because I tried to warn people of the shady business practice. DO NOT buy from this company. They take your money and give you very poor quality clothing. In fact, the clothes look like samples from a garment district. HORRIBLE customer service who just want to bicker. I have emails to back up my claims.

Items did not look like the pictures.They would not provide an address to return items that did not fit. Asked to see pictures of me in the items that did not fit. Would'nt give me a return address and offered a $5 refund on a $134 purchase after many emails. Total scam site. Do not buy anything from them.

Horrible quality and No returns, despite the the website stating it does return within 30 days of purchase. Buyer beware !
