I use Rossi nail gel base and top coat. I fortunately I received one has issues. But after contacting customer service, they responded so fast and the issue was solved in 2hours. They shipped me the replacement in next day. They have wonderful customer service representatives. I can not wait try more products from Rossi!!

Loving dip nails in lockdown! Rossi is one of the big players. Lovely products but also so much education! They have great YouTube videos. Really listen to customers, they have added real life swatches and manis using the colours to the website. Super happy with the product and service

Rossi is my absolute favorite hobby ever! I’ve been changing my dip polish weekly just for the fun, and to try all the different colors I have. Rossi surprised me at Christmas by providing their Facebook fans a FREE 6 container color kit!! Who doesn’t love FREE!! I highly recommend Rossi for all of your nail fun needs (or wants! Lol).

Rossi is a nail dip/gel company that you should choose if you want nothing short of excellent customer service. No matter the case, Rossi tries their best To make things right and that’s how every business should be!

I started using Rossi home dip powders last fall, because I wanted to get my nails done but didn’t want to risk the gross infections from everyone using the same dips. So I bought like 15 colors right away, two days later bought another 15 or so.. there’s literally every color you’ve ever wanted your nails! Once I tried it I was hooked!! They have a ton of instructional videos to help you get started, and a fantastic Facebook group with other customers to share tips and colors! It’s so easy, and fun to do my own nails now!! You’ll quickly become addicted, so prepare for that!

When the pandemic hit, I didn’t want to risk going to the salon to get my nails done. After sitting at home every day in my pajamas without doing my hair and makeup, I wanted a way to feel pretty again, so I started doing my nails myself. The Rossi products are gorgeous and easy to use, and their customer service is out of this world. The best part is honestly the Rossi community where I can connect and bond with fellow mani addicts and share our love of the products. This is definitely an obsession now, and I don’t think I’m ever going back to the salon, even when things are normal again.

My orders always come before the promise date. They have an extraordinary amount of colors to choose from. I've never had to use their customer service, but see on Facebook that they always try to make everything right if an order is messed up. They even help if your child or animal spills your product! There is an amazing community on Facebook where we all help each other and Rossi gets on there with tips and encouragement as well. My nails are now so pretty with their product. It's a fun hobby. I do not buy from anyone else.

I stared doing my nails in quarantine and I came across this brand and I loved how bright their nail powders were. Any time you post a nail selfie, they are always there to praise it which I think is phenomenal that they take time out to talk to every customers. They also have the most wonderful customer service you could ever ask for. With Rossi nails, it’s more of a family brand instead of just a nail brand selling their products. Definitely recommend! Their liquids for the nail powder are also so easy to use and probably one of the best liquids I’ve tried so far.

After going into lockdown after lockdown, I have been unable to get my nails done for almost a year. My nails are paper-thin so the only way to have long nails is with acrylic tips. Not anymore! I started using Rossi powder nail dips and my nails are actually growing. I doubt I will ever go back to acrylics! Very easy to use, even for a beginner like me.

I started to buy Rossi dip powders about two months ago. It was an excellent choice for me and my clients! Less time, more strength and very good prices and discounts! I am so in love with these products, I’ve never had in mind that doing my nails or my clients nails would be so much fun!

I use to purchase gel polish from third party sellers until I saw an ad for Rossi’s gels and dips and decided I’d try out the dips because they last longer. Holy smokes, their products are beyond gratifying that after purchasing my first test order I bought 100+ more dips! Truthfully once you buy from them you’ll never go back to another company again, and also don’t forget to join their Facebook group as well for announcements on deals, restocks and help from other customers or even Rossi themselves!
