The website was perfect for selecting an exact match for the make and model of my bike. It also set out clearly how to determine if I needed primer (which I did need). The online instructions for application were clear and easy to follow. The finished touch up was perfect.

Zeer teleurstellend, vorige week bestelling gedaan daarna werd aangegeven dat d bestelling diezelfde dag nog zou worden gestuurd volgens Olaf. Paar dagen daarna niets ontvangen, kreeg eindelijk gisteren een bericht. Door de drukte kan het product niet verstuurd worden en zou ik mijn geld terug krijgen. Tot op heden niets ontvangen.
Wat mij betreft nooit bestellen daar. Veel beloven, weinig waarmaken.

Die Farbe ist zu dunkel und Uni während der Originallack mettalic ist. Der mitgelieferte Klarlack wird nur Gele aber härtet nicht richtig aus und ist somit unbrauchbar.

The colour is a good match but the paint keeps coming off it doesn't seem to dry properly

Amazing customer service! I ordered Specialized Dove Grey. I decided to apply by airbrush but wasn’t sure which reducer/thinner was needed. When I called the representative offered to send reducer free of charge. He told me that they began including reducer on request after I had placed my order. The paint covers very well and matches spot-on when following manufacture’s reducing ratio. Would definitely order again!

Bei der Lieferung musste ich feststelle, dass das Farbfläschchen undicht war. Mir wurde ohne weiteres ein neues Farbfläschen zugeschickt. Kontaktaufnahme und Abwicklung war super.

Very disappointed I ordered a touch-up paint for my specialized. But the product never arrived, it is marked delivered but unfortunately I have nothing. No response from rotaris for this problem
