So I decided to splurge and try the waffle weave towels. So far...LOVE THEM! Have washed them 2x and they seem to get thicker. I'm hoping they last for years and years.
I placed my order on July 20, got the usual confirmatory email but have heard nothing since then. I'd hoped to give it as a birthday gift. That date came and went weeks ago. The website does warn about 2-3 week delays. I emailed on Aug 14 to find out what happened to my order and have not had a response (there's no phone option). It's now Aug 17 and I'm wondering what's going on.
After checking out your site, I requested a free sample board of your material. And then I never heard from you again, now when I visited the site, I see it as an eight dollar fee for swatches. I think what you were originally offered was material much smaller than swatches, and complementary as well. I guess I was wrong.
I ordered these two robes early July for my anniversary trip as a gift to my husband - my anniversary was a week ago. I still have not received the robes and it's August 17th. I was charged immediately. At this point I don't even want the robes I want my money back.
This used to be a great company. Their product and customer service was top notch. Something has changed over the years, and it seems that is no longer the case. I placed an order for swathes over a month ago and still have not received it. I emailed them 2wk after the order and never received a response. I reordered and sent an email 3 week later after not hearing and still have not received a response from them. It is really disappointing because the merchandise and ordered and received 8 yrs ago is still going strong. I just wanted more. Guess I'll be looking elsewhere.
If I could give them 0 stars I would have. I placed my order well over a month ago and still haven't received the items I ordered. I've contacted customer support 4 times at the time of writing, they responded once asking me, "by when did I want my items", as if I need to answer that. Since then they haven't shipped anything nor have they answered any of my repeated e-mails. I'm sure the quality of the linens is good, I bought it because of positive feedback from friends; but I can't in good faith recommend it to anyone when they don't answer e-mails and worst of all don't even ship the products I paid for.
I ordered a robe over a month ago and I still have not received it. It has not shipped yet. I have not received any updates.
This blanket is very well made and extremely comfortable.
Poor customer service. I ordered 2 pillowcase covers on July 16 (received the package on Aug 3). Only 1 cover was in the package. I have sent repeated emails to the company with no response. I like the cover very much and would like a second, but at this point I feel that I paid 2X the price for one and it is totally not worth it at that price. My constructive advice: provide prompt responses to consumer complaints.
The explaination of material metrics was very educational. Further, the fabrics on your site are organized around those same metrics. Lastly, it was easy and not expense to order samples for the fabrics of interest. Thank you.
My credit card was charged before the product arrived. It prompted me to dispute the charge. I cancelled dispute when the product arrived.
I love Rough Linens products. Hope they continue past rough patch.
I ordered two bath sheets. Only one was delivered. I have reached out twice via email to try and find out where my other bath sheet is, or if I will even be receiving it. I have received no responses to my first two emails. I will be sending a third soon, though I fear I may be screaming into the void.
Great product, color and construction. I’ve purchased robes for gifts to friends and bed linens for myself from Rough Linens.
Did not receive orders since July 19. I was charged for products. Sent 3 emails. No response. This is strange. I'm a long time customer and usually get products promptly. Since customer service has not responded, I had to resort to this negative review.
