It's a scam. They sent a bag that looks nothing like the one in the pictures. Plus one of the clasps was broken.

My bag has not arrived after over a month of waiting. There is no actual way to track it. As others have said, when it does arrive it’s completely different-looking and not like the photos on their website at all.

Ordered on the 13/09 the. Tried to cancel on 15/09 after seeing reviews. They claim on their site that they’re rated 4.9 stars on trustpilot but as we can all see that’s a crock of shit. Bag arrived the other day and it’s like they didn’t even try to make it look like the one advertised. Has none of the hardware advertised, different colour, different size, different pockets, different shape, different design. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Impossible to get a refund or any contact from them at all so have to go through your bank

I got a totally different bag to what I ordered. It feels like it’s made of cheap material and nothing resembling the bag I bought.

completely fake bags and reviews. when i ordered it i started seeing real reviews showing how the bags are counterfeit. the bags arrived the wrong colour also

sent a wrong bag, won't answer any of my emails despite stating on their website that they have a refund policy. I have contacted them multiple times and they do not answer. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. Plus they sent fake bags. It's not an angel kiss bag, the logo is missing. The shipping took incredibly long. DO NOT BUY!!

Sent a fake bag, different to the picture on the site with no logos or branding straight from China. Do not order from them!

Sent me the wrong bag, emailed for a refund (which you have to do within 30 days of the bag arriving) and they haven't responded yet. I'm guessing they won't respond before the 30 days is up. On their website they advertise 4 star trustpilot reviews, opened trustpilot and its actually all 1 star reviews....

Ordered on the 20th of august and still yet to receive the bag despite it being “on its way” for 16 days now. I never had this problem when i ordered before and got a lovely, well quality bag but that was 2 years ago so maybe the company is all about wasting time and money now. Not worth it

Complete scam, what a waste of time and money. Ordered months ago still haven’t arrived, seen recent reviews everyone as received fake bags with no logo, wrong colour and terrible quality. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to a new bag

Terrible. I ordered on the 30th of August, got the bag on the 7th of September and when I opened the package it wasn’t even the bag that I ordered. I reached out to customer support the day of receiving the bag and haven’t even gotten a single reply.

Found the exact same bag on Amazon. 90% sure it's a scared would not try

Most likely a scam, no reviews wanting to sell bags and probably never send them off.
