We are currently working on a project with Stuart and the team at Rowen. There is great communication between us all. We are all very passionate about what we do and getting the finish product right.

Rowan are an excellent property managment company and our new contact, Connor, is doing a very good job. He responds quickly and efficiently to any enquiry or problem.

Tom is our property manager. He is excellent. Responds in good time to queries. His proactive, upbeat professional approach is really appreciated. He was brilliant following the recent storms where a large tree came down causing damage. Thank-you

I dealt with Amy regarding a maintenance issue (roof leak). She has worked efficiently and tirelessly to rectify the issue, obtaining multiple quotes and communicating back to the directors with the best and most cost effective options all within the agreed timeframes.

Rowan recently took control of our block of apartments. The communication is great and work requested is completed quickly. 10/10

Although it is still early days in our relationship with Rowan, I have found Chris Brook very approachable and professional in his dealing with the transfer of the management of our block to Rowan from our previous management company.

We are very grateful to have found Chris Brook from Rowan. Our block management company of 12 units in the centre of the Lake District National Park had been left in the lurch by a previous agent who had merged with a national conglomerate and was in danger of losing its ‘personal touch’. Chris Brook has stepped in at our most busy time of year, when we have the additional pressure of a huge project to organise. He has listened to what we want to achieve and understood well our accounting and building maintenance requirements and acted without delay to speak to contractors, create a budget and make himself available to our owners.

Based on our experience to date, I would be happy to recommend him.

We are tenants who are managed by Rowan Management, who are a family run firm. We've been tenants around 12 months and they are incredibly helpful, honest and just generally good people (which isn't something people often say about Landlords and property management companies!)

So many times they've helped us with stuff that isn't even their responsibility, whether it's weekend or 10pm at night. If they say they're going to sort something out, they always do.

Would happily recommend them to others.

Having constant support from the team takes a load of my shoulders and allows me to focus on my own work! Can’t recommend Chris and the team highly enough. Fantastic industrial business park for a variety of business. JB PROJECT SERVICES LTD has signed up for their second year. It is great to know we always have the support from Chris and his team if we ever have anything that needs to be addressed. Our unit is very good value for money and feel it is a secure place for our requirements.

Rowan has proved to be an excellent management company for me in my start up business unit. There were so many things I was unsure about but I have been so impressed by the help given to me by Rowan and their professionalism and efficiency.
