Was surprised that my broken bracelet was replaced so quickly and easily. I was actually able to pick 2 at no charge.

I bought a few bracelets from this company a couple of years ago. After extensive wear, I had one break. They claimed a lifetime warranty so I reached out. I sent them a photo of the broken bracelet and they sent me a new one within a week! A couple of weeks ago, I had snagged one and it broke. They, once again, replaced.
When you by product from Rowdy Parrot, you are buying an experience. They have not failed to deliver.
It’s good to know there are still companies out there that believe in taking care of the customer. Thank you Rowdy Parrot!

The band on my Hammerhead bracelet broke. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement bracelet right away.
It was nice, I was only looking to replace the band, not the whole bracelet

Rowdy parrot is awesome! I recently purchased a bracelet as I was looking for an everyday wear without worrying about it getting ruined during showers or swimming. I received my bracelet and been using it everyday without taking it off. I hope to continue to use for as long as I can and I will continue to be a customer as long as they are in business.
