J’ai commandé un ensemble salon Louis XV et un ensemble de lustres baroques. Je suis très satisfait de ces produits qui correspondent à mon établissement d hôtellerie haut de gamme. Je recommande donc ce site. Le responsable des ventes a su me conseiller et me guider dans les choix notamment pour les tissus et les teintes de boiseries . Merci !

La commode que j’ai reçu me correspond totalement, elle est magnifique et je passe mon temps à la Contempler tellement, je l’aime, j’attends Avec impatience mes de nouveaux achats sur le site que je recommande Vivement le référencement et le design des différentes époques pour des produits d’exception introuvables sur le marché ou sur d’autres sites fait par des ébéniste. Et oui c’est pas du mélamine le délai vaut le coup d’être attendu. Je recommande à 300 %
Franchement je suis très très très déçue je commande un lit et canapé sa fait trois mois et quand je les contacte on fabrication ceci cela et mtn je demande mon remboursement et j attend il ont dis oui sans excuse j’ai même demandé c je dois attendre un peu je veux bien sinon le remboursement et là il ont demandé mon numéro de compte sa vous tout dire franchement attendre pour rien et c je suis pas rembourser rapidement j irai sur place
waited more than 3 months for couple items which was promised 2-4 week at the time of ordering. the order still not complete and the responses from the customer service are non bearable, it is like talking to robots. they have sent some part of the in partial shipments without letting you when and the packing was horrible, some small damages. unless you are in for a months of torture with your money. STAY AWAY! (they dont accept the bad reviews on their office website - what a scam...)
On 24th of April, I ordered a vase from RAP from their website, no issues at all. I was told the order would take 4-6 weeks, which was fine by me. By the 5th week, I emailed asking when my order would be delivered, I was told it wasn't yet 6 weeks and that besides May was a quiet month due to all the bank holidays. After receiving this response, I enquired in i could cancel my order, I received an email saying Yes. I proceeded to cancel my order and this was when my nightmare began.
After receiving an email confirming my order had been cancelled, I asked when I was would receive my refund and i was told 14 days. 16 days later, I had not received my refund. I emailed the company explaining this and was told they'd enquire from their accountant. This was odd, my order was made online, surely their online payment system was automated. Anyhow, they emailed bank saying the refund had been made and i should check with my bank as it had left France. I replied saying my bank alerts me when i receive a refund and there was nothing. They adamantly insisted and said they were not going to run away with my £317 to the Bahamas or suddenly close their business. Implying my money was a meager amount for their almighty company after I had said they wanted to keep my hard-earned money.
The back and forth continued. I asked for the exact date the refund was made and proof of refund. They couldn't provide this instead saying the refund was made the week of the 10th of June. Again, I replied saying the week of the 10th of June wasn't a date as there are several days in the week of the 10th of June.
At this point, they stopped replying me. I then reached out to my bank who then advised I open a dispute against the company detailing the issue and proof of correspondence, which I did and voila, my refund suddenly appeared in my account on Sunday 23rd June. After my bank had given them 35 days to respond. After claiming my refund was issued week of the 10th of June.
I sent RAP an email this morning letting them know I would be leaving a review to warn others of the very terrible customer service i experienced. And instead of apologising for their short-comings, they instead claimed "refund was done when told and Royal Art Palace is not responsible if banks take their time with the money transfer" and further saying to me a customer who just wanted her refund that "we ask you kindly to stop harassing and accusing RAP of actions that were not carried out..."
This is their meaning of an apology after causing me mental distress.
Finally, thank God for a great banking system. I have my money bank.

They promised to deliver the chairs in 4-8 weeks and after 8 weeks they always said "next week". After the 14th week, I had enough and then "management" announced in their email that buy your furniture from IKEA and they are not Mc Donalds😳😳😳??? What!!! 14 weeks and I didn't get my chairs. Unbelievable! And what a response from the company's management. Never order anything from this company‼️
…And now 2years later they send me an answer, which is not even true🤣🤣🤣🤣

that I myself be responsible for the cost of resending the damaged product, in this way, they would only return me a new item, and to make matters worse, they ask me to also be responsible for making a claim myself to the transport company that they hired and with which they manage their shipments (Seur), that is to say: they completely ignore it, my opinion is that this company, unprofessional, unfairly unprotects and abandons the consumer, who in my case, I have bought a damaged product for the price of one new, and to them it seems normal.

j'ai reçu mes 6 chaises "NAPOLEON III" doré avec tissu beige, en mars 2023 après avoir attendu la livraison plusieurs semaines.
1 mois plus tard, la peinture doré devient noire et s'écaille. L'assise de déforme.
Fuyez ce magasin qui n'a "royal" que de nom !
Mon avis posté il y a 3 jours n'a pas plu à la société et ils m'ont envoyé un mail en me menaçant de porter plainte....il me semble important de signaler le fonctionnement de ce service client !
Au final leurs produits sont de mauvaise qualité pour le prix payé et nous ne sommes pas libres de donner un avis !
