My wife had ordered a trimming cutter from another "Company" who only sent replacement blades to her. They then stated that was all that was ordered and still charged full price. So I placed an order with Royale Basic to see if any better could be done and they then sent back info on Departure, Travel Time and My Receive Date. They were saying 24th Dec, but where a day late and delivered a Christmas Present to her on 25th Dec. Wow! And it was all there. Thank you, D.

one of the best product, i love this lamp.

The product quality is excellent, and the customer service is both prompt and accommodating.

My cat took to the water fountain straight away. The wrong replacement filters were sent, when I contacted Royale Basic, they not only rectified the problem, they made up for it with a generous supply much to my relief.

Do NOT buy 'Dad, I Want to Hear Your Story' book, it is a fake. They advertise the Jeffrey Mason copy in their photos, but you receive a counterfeit version with spelling mistakes.

I would give zero star review if I could. I ordered a pet backpack carrier and the website photos show a completely different product than what was sent to me. It turns out to be flimsy and unsafe. Wish I could post photos. Now I'm having alot of resistance in getting a return label and refund. They are expecting me to pay for a return label to send it from the U.S. to China. Run from this vendor. I will shop in the United States of America only!!!!

Ordered an outdoor wall light from the UK. It was dispatched soon after and the parcel was delivered a few days later.
Communication was good.
Overall a trouble-free buying experience.
I am very satisfied with the service.

The fix deterrent is one of the best around - the customer service is excellent.
Don’t hesitate to buy the product - we have had foxes chewing wires in our van which has cost us £££££ but this is the product that has stopped them.
My only feedback to them would be it would be perfect if it had rechargeable batteries.

I ordered a very simple wooden cloaks rail.
After weeks of non delivery, I emailed to be given £5 off the price of £115 by way of an apology and promised it would be delivered "soon".
After a couple more weeks, I was given a further £10 off by way of an apology and told it would be delivered soon.
After waiting again I was told it had been lost and would be re ordered.
The next email I was told they had shipped a new rail.
Then another email to apologise for the rail "being held in transit"
On and on it went!
14 emails in all!
Why they couldn't be honest about the lead time it would have saved a whole lot of time and frustration.
It eventually arrived and my disappointment in the quality is an understatement. They think they did me a favour giving me £15.00 off but the rail is worth about £10.00!
In short, poor quality and poor service!

My first expereience with Royale Basic was not so good as parts of the product were omitted and I was sent six instead of one. It took a short amount of time in communicating with them but they made it all good and now I gave away as gifts the five I didn't order and I enjoy using the one I kept. So, all in all, it worked out well and I applaud their refund and customer service attention.

I would have given them ten stars if I could! The Rayvia Reinforced Contemporary Compact Umbrella being Stylish, Durable, and Waterproof is an understatement. It's beauty and fuctionality is only surpassed by their customer service. It is the only umbrella that I will ever carry again. I have it in the black and will be going back for the other colors. Bravo, Royal Basic, Bravo.

I bought the Rechargeable LED Table Lamp and I could not be happier! It’s the perfect size, great color, sleek. I also love that it’s rechargeable and not battery powered. The three settings are perfect for every time of day and you can even dim/brighten the light. Huge fan! Highly recommend!

These are the best sunglasses. They are well made and delivered quickly. Royale a basic was also extremely communicative about the shipping.

The customer service was great.
Delivery was also good.
What I truly appreciated was the product itself, I had purchased the product for my husband who is a die hard star trek fan and he absolutely loves the gift.

I have never bought anything from this company before but I am very impressed about two things.
1. The absolute quality of the customer support. Great responses and personal attention when I needed something before a certain date.
2. The quality of the purchased product.
I will be bookmarking the site and buying from them again.

Great product! Dog loved it! No issues, functioned wonderful!

The Royaleva Ultrasonic Scaler really did it for me. The reason why I bought it was to cleanse my teeth from my plaque and tartar and it was by far the best decision I made.

Royale Basic were very genuine, kept me in the loop and made me feel a lot more valued than any other business out there. The machine itself has 3 modes, very efficient and easy to use.

Overall, I'd recommend the product to all adults because this is a great product.

What i will say is their customer service is amazing.

Update: Customer service reached out to me, reported that my order, Luxor Baby Bath Seat with Thermostat & Safety, was lost in shipping and there’s no more in stock at the moment.
It happens.
My refund will issue and hopefully I’ll receive the product as stated.
At that point, I will be more than happy to update the review again.

I purchased the Luxor's Baby Bath Seat with Wireless Thermometer and Safety on 8/16/2025. I still haven't received the product, even though the company charged my bank account.
When I tried looking into my order, the company said they don't have my Order # on file.
I will never order anything from this company again nor will I recommend this company to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would.
