So sorry to report deteriorating service this time after many years of happy relationship.
Initial tree works completed ( and paid for, although payment outside of my control as other properties involved) but not completely to my satisfaction and requests to resolve not actioned.
During the works a fence and gravel board were damaged and promises made to rectify.
Fast forward a couple of months and various missed appointments we eventually agreed they would reimburse me to arrange repairs through another contractor.
Some personal issues ongoing I understand but the service and communication were poor nevertheless.
