I spent over £20.00 on coffee a week ago and never received the goods. Have sent three seperate emails which they've not had the courtesy to acknowledge nor reply. Completed an online form. No goods No customer service. Have had monies stolen

Delivery time is good, with options available as to which company you can use, ie Amazon, Evri, Royal mail. Highly recommended

Cheapest price and free Evri delivery
I was looking for a particular item on the internet and Royalsilver was bar far the cheapest and free delivery. I had not heard of the company and was a bit dubious but they were very good communicating by WhatsApp and they corrected my error where I put wrong delivery address, delivery was the next day. 100% will use again and recommend for others.

I decided to look online and Royal Silver had a large bottle at a fabulous price. Having never heard of Royal Silver before I admit I was wary but reviews were good so I took a chance. So very glad that I did, the order arrived only a couple of days later, exactly as ordered and as above at a great price. Easy to follow up to date tracking, will definitely use again and highly recommend.

Hadn’t heard of this company but they were selling my favourite Maxwell House cappuccino coffee at the cheapest price I could find on the internet. So I ordered, although I don’t like ordering from companies i haven’t heard of as been scammed in the past. Immediately received a confirmation email and shortly after an email to say my order was being processed. The next day an email giving a tracking number and just two days later my order arrived. Loose Pod Requirement
Royal Silver offers us loose coffee pods at a competitive price. This is of benefit to us as some of the leading manufacturers don't. They are very often only available in duo packs (milk and coffee). These are very much on the sweet side and don't suit our pallette. Having the flexibility to buy them loose and milk pod packs individually is a must for us. All this and a speedy and efficient delivery service. What more can we ask for. Thank You.

The team saved EVRIS error
The team , Sarah , Ava and Pete rescued a real poor display from EVRI who delivered my parcel to somebody else and couldn’t locate it then later .
The company opened the issue and the team as above went above and beyond repairing that damage , truly good old fashioned customer service - no messing just actioned the issue .
To their dedication I would not hesitate to reuse the company ( though EVRI take note your service was shocking ) thanks guys
