Recently purchased a Tyr for rack and while there were a few teething issues with getting it set up I can’t fault the support given by the team and in particular Adam who not only took the time to go through the issues I had with the rack but also upon hearing I had purchased Astro and a prowler took the time to find out about my setup and give me advice on getting everything put down ahead of time to ensure the best possible outcome. This was invaluable to me and I have to say the rack, the Astro and prowler are all fantastic and I’ve finally got a set up that works for me. So thanks for the help. Any company can do well when there’s o problems but the way you fix a problem is the big thing and for me the communication throughout this was key and again Adam thanks in particular for your time setting me on the right path with it all

Bought a stair climber, which had a fault. The motor cover had fallen off in transit and when used broke a step. Contacted them straight away and they arrange a replacement and an engineer to replace asap, at no cost to me. Kept me informed of progress throughout.
