We recently used RR Travels to arrange our family trip to Sierra Leone for April 2026. Our assigned agent, John, handled the booking.

We made our initial reservation in October 2025 and completed the final payment of £3,700 in February 2026 for 2 adults and 3 children. However, when we later requested our tickets, John informed us on 1st March 2026 that there was no flight available for our travel date (24th March 2026). This raised serious concerns, as it suggested that no booking had been made at all. This was later confirmed directly by Brussels Airlines.

John then told us that, in order to secure flights for March, we would need to pay an additional £1,000. Despite the unexpected financial strain, we paid this amount to avoid disrupting our travel plans.

Shortly after, we discovered through Brussels Airlines that all three of our children (each under 10 years old) had been incorrectly booked as adults. This meant we were charged for 5 adult tickets instead of 2 adults and 3 children, despite providing full and accurate details for each passenger, including names, dates of birth, and ages.

We immediately raised this issue with RR Travels and requested a refund for the overcharged amount. Unfortunately, we received no response, no explanation, and no apology.

Based on our experience, we are extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by RR Travels. We believe there was a serious lack of professionalism, transparency, and accountability. We strongly advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company.

If you want a smooth and reliable travel booking experience, we would not recommend using RR Travels.

Guys for the love of god do not use RR travels.
I used them to buy tickets to go nigeria for december for wedding, bought my ticket in full so price doesnt go up still havent issued my ticket yet its been 3 months he promised me it will get issued by the 17th September on june its now the 18th and nothing is done. John is very rude he shouts on the phone to you rubbish customer service rather just pay more than go to them. Dont know what kind of business there running but if diffentely fraud.

I recently used RR Travels Ltd. and was generally pleased with the service. Despite a hiccup where there was some confusion with a refund, the team, especially Zoya Butt, was attentive and committed to securing the best travel deals. Mr. Isaac Ali also provided excellent support throughout the process, ensuring I got my tickets without any hassle. Overall, their customer service is strong and they are passionate about meeting customer needs. I would recommend them and look forward to using their services again. 4 stars!

Zoya Butt was on it looking for best deals for right from the first day I spoke to her. Just kept on my travel and enquired whether I have home safe in the Gambia. Aww, the best I have experience through so far. Her customer is second to none . Super good on her job and passionate about getting results for customers.

This company told me they do a buy now pay later service so I secured a booking for me and my family with some deposit paid with Isaac. He gave me 2 weeks to pay £4225 which I made sure I did within even before the deadline date. As I was making my last payment before the deadline date he gave me, Isaac told me the airline has cancelled my booking because they have cancelled their flights for the date I was supposed to fly, that he received an email from the airline stating this cancellation. I asked him to share this email with me because when I go on their website it’s still shows they are flying. Isaac created a fake email claiming that’s the email he received from Ethiopian airline but I found out from the airline they had not sent any emails out with such information and that they are very much flying on my date during a telephone conversation with Ethiopian airline. I made Isaac aware of my findings but he insisted the airline was lying to me hahaha and moved on to offering me more expensive tickets which meant I had to pay more for a new booking. I complained to the company manager named John, he apologised to me and assured me Isaac was getting a sack from the company for messing with my first booking, the lies and the fake email he sent me claiming it was from Ethiopian airlines. So John took over offered me a new ticket by that time the ticket prices had gone up so I had to pay £500 extra now for a new booking, their only compensation for Isaacs mess was that they sacking him lol. After agreeing to pay £500 extra John pleaded with me literally begged me to allow him change my return date to the 17 of January instead of 14th of January because it was cheaper for him to book. I refused because me and my partner had work and kids had to be back to school I explained this to him, he begged me and assured me if to let him book my return for the 17th he will change it back to the 14th while am on the trip that it would be cheaper for him. He said trust me Miss, I promise I won’t let you down so I agreed. Now on the trip I kept prompting him about changing my return date as agreed he started giving me stories, then eventually started ignoring my WhatsApp messages and calls. I kept chasing their company because if they didn’t change my return date it would mean paying for more days at the apartment we rented on air BnB which was not cheap, and spending more on the trip and loosing 3 days pay at work. I was fuming, John left me hanging then a guy called Terry took over my case from their company apologised for everything their company has put me through promised to get some compensation from their account teams to make up for all the money Iv lost and extra expenses but again kept tossing me about when I returned and never received any compensation whatsoever. I also found out Isaac is still working there and that the guy I thought was Terry was actually the same Isaac that messed me up from the start that I was dealing with. They are liars , very unreliable, they will tell you to bring a friend for £100 discount on your ticket, I did that too and received nothing. They are just horrible and heartless avoid them and thank me later :).

I recommend RR travels Ltd because the costumers service is the best. I have been speaking to one brother named Issac, he is friendly, kind, easy to talk too, funny, very patient brother and has a very good sense of humour. I want to say thank you for the great customer service. I will recommend your company to anyone I know travelling to any where in the world. Well done Issac 👏👏👏
