the reliance tax group did as promised. they performed the initial review and got me the information needed within their stated timeframes. they return calls, texts and emails quickly. they keep me up to date on what they are doing for me and the ongoing results.

Reliance Tax Group were very efficient in handling my case. They communicated well and in a timely fashion also answered my questions and concerns .
I explained I wanted to convey to the IRS I was not avoiding payment but needed clarification, Reliance was helpful in achieving that outcome.

I cannot express how grateful I am to Reliance Tax Group. I had received a scary letter from the IRS that really stressed me out. I called around to multiple company's and read tons of reviews. Out of everyone, no one made me feel as comfortable as RTG did. I explained my case and was quickly put at ease. They were reasonably priced and are extremely professional. Throughout the entire case RTG had an open line of communication with me. I knew what was going on every step of the way. If I had a question they made themselves available to assist. I know my tax problem was their priority but so was insuring I felt comfortable and knew what was going on. I'm glad my tax situation is resolved but if I ever have to seek tax help in the future RTG will be my go to company period. I wouldn't think to entertain the idea of choosing anyone else after this experience. I am beyond grateful and pleased. Calling these guys was one of the best decision I could have made.
