rTribe customer’s service is a top notch

Am really enjoying the services of rTriibe,since i started working with them there’s no disappointment in the sense that they’re service is smoothly provided.Thanks rTriibe.

They don't communicate with me.
It's very disturbing to see good reviews here but I can't say the same.
Even getting registered is a chore.
They send you emails, but If I reply, they just disappear.....off the face of the earth.

Because I made a formal complaint about what I believe to be bad practice in terms of not responding to emails and making communication with people, the CEO rung me today to discuss the matter.
I'll give him 10/10 over his promptness to call, but the call seemed to turn a bit sour when I told him that staff were not performing as they should. He didn't seem that concerned over my feelings, but seemed more interested in 'binning me off' on the grounds that I didn't seem happy with them, so why bother with them if I'm not happy? Interesting point. But the point of bad practice with his staff was still there. So, I thought it would be worth investigating to see what he found. He says he'll conduct it and come back with the findings. No estimated time was given, but that's ok for now. I just hope I won't be forgotten or ignored just as easily as before.
Oh yes, he also thought it was justified to criticise me for criticism I've given to other businesses I've had poor experiences with on this very platform.
Isn't that what Trustpilot is for?

rTriibe App is a great tool, so easy to use.

This agency is beyond a joke. The whole signing up and interview process were the easiest parts. After that, everything went downhill. Applied for the role of a TA and have been offered jobs outside of my qualifications and travel times. Been signed up since September and still yet to be booked on a shift or even receive an offer. I have to wake up everyday at 7am to confirm that I am still available when they have full access to my calendar. Not only do I have to wake up at 7, but they claim they’re “getting in touch with local schools”, but I don’t hear anything again until the next time I’m available and it is a constant cycle. Today, I confirmed that I was available and I got completely ignored. They need to work harder to find shifts for everyone, especially knowing everyone’s schedules it should be done in advance to prevent people wasting their time waking up at 7am just to be ignored. I see good reviews all the time saying that people have received multiple shifts straightaway, so I am confused why that isn’t the case for me. Maybe it is the Manchester branch

No work just waking up confirming for nothing

rTriibe is a very good agency. Every members of rTriibe are very helpful. I like their app its quick and easy app.

They will get in touch with you either 24h before but every morning at 7am you will get a text message to know if you are available, even if the app already shows. This is you can actually select the days you wish to work and not work. If you are thinking of working for agency, understand that there’s a reduction on the % for the agency ( they don’t specify how much) as well a tax. If you get £100 a day for example you may only receive £75 or £65 after deduction. Maybe for experience and build your portfolio within the education industry is great, but if you are trying to earn loads of money it might not be for you. The good thing is being able to be flexible and do your own personal thing too.
