My experience with Rtriibe has been great. Good communication, always got paid on time and correctly, if I had emergency ( as I self have 2 little children) they were always understanding and supportive. I never had an issue to get a day off if it was needed.

One of best agencies I have worked for
One of best agencies I have worked for. Wery well organised . With reminders about everything what needs doing . The only down side is that they want us to have location switched on all the time , even over weekends, even when I am not planing to work on a day . This is only for timesheets purposes so should be reminded only on days when we work . I would not feel comfortable knowing that someone can find out where I am over weekend or on days off . Otherwise very good agency.

Amazing Experience
My experience has been amazing, just one day after completing my signup process I was given a shift and then scheduled for more than 1 month of shifts, I am registered with multiple agencies and this is by far the most efficient and effective in getting jobs in Manchester.

Staffordshire Recruitment for rTriibe
Explained to my Staffordshire Recruiter that I wanted work for a certain day. Within 5 mins work was given on their APP for me to either accept or decline.
Fantastic Service, once you accept work you get an email for confirmation & a reminder 1st thing on your day of work. Never had any problems with pay. All the service is in immaculate order & even offer work that you haven’t asked for & this can be on a 1st come 1st served basis. A highly recommended Teaching Agency.

A great agency!
I've been with rTriibe since November 2021. Only recently have I had full time availability, being able to gain valuable experience in a variety of schools. I am personally in contact with Justine the most - who I have had the pleasure of gaining a good professional relationship with. Fully transparent, and goes above and beyond to find work oppotunities that adhere to my year group preferences, my confidence, skills and location. I would recommend rTriibe to students in University to gain more class experience (which I did in 2021) and qualified teachers that want more valuable experience before having their own class (which I am doing now!). I like this agency that much that when I eventually complete my ECT years, I would come back if I was looking for more work-life balance!

If there is anywhere to start, it would have to be explaining how welcoming, supportive and collaborative the staff at RTriibe have been, particularly Justine Alegre. The work he has been able to offer, and the long term placement role he had provided me the opportunity to secure, have improved my confidence, self-esteem and work ethic. There has always been work available, and you are also able to be flexible with your timetable, choosing dates and times that are better suited for you. Weekly payments, which have always been paid duly, has made managing my finances easier and given me security in ensuring that I am able to support my family. I started working with RTriibe shortly after finishing University. I was unsure of my career in education, until stumbling on this role opportunity of becoming a Teaching Assistant. Not only that, but I was reassured even more following the interview process and the ease of which the process all took. I am very grateful that this company has made work enjoyable and less stressful through all their provision and constant want to always help out. A very well deserved full stars from me over here!
