Very straight firward and easy to use. Rubbaseal did deliver some broken parts, but I think that was a courier problem not them directly. Isent them pictures and received replacements the following day. Hopefully using these guys again on my next job..

Received the product promptly but unfortunately some of the items and packaging was damaged apparently by the courier service. Contacted the supplier and they re sent and replaced the damaged piece again promptly. We haven’t used the product as yet as we are waiting to have a structure built. It did come highly recommended by the builder though.

Bought a rubber roof with extras
Bought a rubber roof with extras . Contact adhesive etc, for a company to fit. I was not told it was next day delivery. As I work away from home.
The delivery was left on my drive.
The cans of contact adhesive were badly bashed with one leaking. The rubber roof material had deep scores in it. Which the company fitting it said, it was of poor quality, as some scores were quite deep.
I did contact the company, but to be honest fobbed off, with it will be okay for warranty. No mention of the leaking adhesive. I would not recommend or buy from this company again, as even the rubber delivery bag was ripped open with ply wood shards inside it.

I ordered a rubber roofing system from…
I ordered a rubber roofing system from RubbaSeal. There were many options on the market, and I wasn’t know which company to choose, but I’m glad I decided to go with them.
The product is excellent, and the delivery service was even better. The estimated delivery time was 2–3 working days, but I placed my order on Tuesday afternoon and received it the very next day before 1:00 pm, which was a pleasant surprise.
My only small criticism is that the company didn’t send any notification to let me know that my order had been dispatched or that it would be delivered the following day. Apart from that, I’m very happy with both the product and the service, and I would happily recommend RubbaSeal.
