The product isn't what it was advertised.
I sent it back and asked for a refund .

Everything went smooth from designing to checking out your order. Delivery was made just as expected and no delays. The stamp itself is of high quality and made to last long. The price is reasonable. Will recommend.

Stamps always come exactly as I ordered. Ink is always correct color and website descriptions are accurate. Delivery is also quick and well tracked.

Product was as advertized and arrived on time.

I ordered from here while on the phone and on their order page at the same time. I told her this was for my business cards and it needed to be 12 point font. I got it and it's tiny. It's not 12 point. They blamed me and said I should've told them a specific font, like Arial, which there is no where for that on their order page. The lady on the phone never mentioned it and they certainly never asked me for a photo of it. They said they won't redo it because it's my fault. They suck. Their customer service is horrible and their website is antiquated and clunky. I'll never order from them again. UPDATE: I MOST CERTAINLY DID TELL YOU WHAT IT WAS FOR AND YOU BLAMED ME IN THE END FOR THE WRONG FONT STYLE. YOU NOT ONCE SAID ANYTHING ABOUT FONT STYLE OR HOW TO ORDER IT. THE STAMP YOU SENT ME IS NOT 12 POINT, WRONG FONT STYLE OR NOT. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. PERIOD

Stampers quality themselves is acceptable.
One stamper came disassembled and we had to put it together. We had to replace the sample stamp on one of the stampers as the quality was very poor. We will however, order from you again. Good turn around time.

The website didn't work for uploading. Had to send multiple emails to get confirmation. Kept trying to charge me for a proof when I submitted artwork but it didn't upload.

Customer service was crass when I told them about the issues I had. Treated me like I didn't know what I was doing when it was their website that was having the issue. I even tried two different browsers.

I was told it would ship in less than a week and it took 3-4 from the time i submitted the order.

The Stamp itself is what I expected. Just the process was from the 90's.

Website was easy to use. Stamp was exactly what I wanted. Price was reasonable and delivery was timely.

The person I talked to on the phone helped me find my years-old order so my re-order went well. Then another person called me to follow up making sure the special foreign language characters on the stamp are correct. They were both friendly and helpful.
