Stan and his team are incredibly trustworthy, which is hard to find via Google search these days. His team, who turned up on time, worked tirelessly and without fuss and most importantly of all, I felt safe. As a woman doing this alone, it can feel daunting to hire a team. However, not once was I made to feel uncomfortable. In fact, it was the opposite. Stan’s team were my collaborators, something I really needed that day, given as a single parent, I’d just bought a property alone.

The guys that came to remove my carpet & underlay were super. When I realised I had a much more complex job to tackle some plywood and nails - they adapted the job on the day and dealt with everything. They helped me remove all debris and even some of my own recycling. True gents and super happy. Thank you!

I was going to ask chat GTP to write this review but I’m actually going to take the time to describe in my own words my experience with Stan and Vladimir. They are amazing. I needed my two-bedroom flat cleared before the flooring guy could go in. It’s a 3rd floor walk up in a Georgian house with very narrow, steep and curved staircase. I’m renovating so needed to clear old carpet, disintegrating underlay, a layer of crumbling plasterboard, IKEA kitchen with several layers of ancient lino glued and nailed down plus floor to ceiling tiles. Stan managed to arrange an appointment the very next morning,
Vladimir arrived on time at 8am, worked incredibly hard and efficiently and was careful not to damage anything on the way out. The communal hallway is carpeted and painted, he left it spotless. He found a few tiny items like my daughter’s fancy lipgloss (she’s delighted) a pound coin etc. I couldn’t believe this attention to detail. He’s a total gem.
My staircase can be a challenge just doing one trip up and down is brutal, Vladimir didn’t bat an eyelid, incredible!
As far as cost goes I had been quoted triple the price by my builders who made a big deal about the difficulty of the stairs. Vladimir was fast and focused. I’ve already recommended Rubbish Removal UK to my neighbours who saw Vladimir working.
Communication was clear from the start, the quote was fair and they handled a messy, tough job with total professionalism. Everything was cleared quickly and the place was left spotless. Top wasters came to the rescue when it came to removing/demolishing my kitchen. I live in an impossibly area in a pedestrian street with very limited parking which may have scared off other companies but top wasters were happy to find a solution together. The team was professional, friendly, patiently and quick!

I have already booked again for a pick-up of 2 boilers later this week. I would highly recommend.

Phenomenal service :D very quick and very polite; I reached out late on Sunday evening and was immediately able to get someone on the phone and have a booking scheduled for Monday which is impressive. I needed rubbish removed from four large bins that the council refused to collect. I filled in the information online and uploaded photos. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call back the same evening, well after office hours. Stan confirmed that he would arrange for the rubbish to be removed the next day.
