Shoes were too big. Contacted them via return, no reply. Emailed the customer service, no reply. Phoned and left a message, no reply. £70 for shoes that are no good. Look on vinted. 100’s of pairs of these shoes brand new for sale as they probably had the same problem. Happy to take your money and then you can’t get hold of them.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen bezüglich eines mangelnden Kundenservices nicht bestätigen.
Ich habe nach einigem Zögern wegen der hohen Versandkosten + Zoll nach Deutschland doch gewagt, eine große Bestellung (9 Paare) bei Ruby Shoo zu tätigen. Und es hat alles PERFEKT geklappt!
Ruby Shoo ist ein "Eine-Frau-Unternehmen", dh, die Inhaberin selbst kümmert sich um alles. Trotzdem bekam ich auf jede meiner Mails, auf jede meiner Fragen innerhalb von 24 Stunden eine ausführliche Antwort.
1.) Bei Lieferung wird KEIN ZOLL / Einfuhrsteuern oder sonstige Zusatzabgaben erhoben, da Ruby Shoo am IOSS-Verfahren teilnimmt. Der Betrag, den man bei der Bestellung im Shop bezahlt, ist der Endbetrag, um alles andere kümmert sich Ruby Shoo.
2.) Ab dem 3. Paar in einer Bestellung gibt es automatisch 16% Rabatt auf die Gesamtbestellung, damit ist der Versand auch außerhalb UK (zumindest nach Deutschland) bei 3 oder mehr Paaren praktisch kostenlos. Ab 4 Paaren sind die Schuhe trotz der hohen Versandkosten sogar günstiger als der Originalpreis auf der Seite.
3.) Die genaue Berechnung des tatsächlich zu zahlenden ENDPREISES erfolgt aber erst, wenn man die komplette Lieferanschrift eingegeben hat und mit dem Einkaufswagen bis zur Kasse geht!!
4.) Die Zustellung an meiner Lieferanschrift in Deutschland erfolgte mit Hermes genau 1 Woche nach der Bestellung.
5.) Die Schuhe sind wunderschön, außergewöhnlich und ein echter Hingucker.
6.) Die Passform ist unglaublich. Ich habe die normale Weite bestellt und trotz eines Hallux rechts kann ich die Schuhe mit 8cm Blockabsatz stundenlang tragen, ein Luxus, den ich seit vielen Jahren nicht mehr erlebt habe.
7.) Einer der Schuhe hatte einen kleinen Fabrikationsfehler am Absatz. Auf meine entsprechende Reklamation per eMail bekam ich ebenfalls immer eine zeitnahe Antwort (zwischen 5 - 24 Stunden) und das Problem wurde zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst.
FAZIT: Ich werde sofort wieder bei Ruby Shoo bestellen, sobald meine beiden Lieblingsmodelle in meiner Übergröße (UK9) in weiteren Farben wieder verfügbar sind.

I'm from Portugal and I made an order on March 31st and after more than 3 months, I'm still waiting for my shoes. It's completely unacceptable! They shipped the order by Evri (which is also awful btw! It's basically impossible to contact them...) and then Evri asked me for money to release the package. I had already paid the fees to Rubyshoo, so I tried to contact both Evri and Rubyshoo. Some days passed and eventually I got the information that Rubyshoo should have included the IOSS number but didn't, so the package was sent back to the sender. After that, Evri informed that I needed to discuss it with the sender, and from that moment on, I got absolutely no feedback/answers from Rubyshoo. I sent emails, messages on facebook, instagram, called several times. Nothing. On June 12th I made a return request to get my money back, and surprise surprise... also still no feedback. With all of this, I paid almost 90€ for one pair of shoes that I didn't receive, and I can't even get my money back. I wanted to order several pairs but bought just one to check first if the process would be smooth. Thank god I didn't spend >300€ right away... It's really sad because I would really like to have some more pairs (I have two and absolutely LOVE them - they were bought and shipped within the UK yeeeears ago)

Beautiful shoe very comfortable

I love Ruby shoo, they are so beautiful I want them in every colour. I bought Lynn in black, they were a little bit more snug then my last Ruby shoos, I compared the 2 pairs and they are slightly narrower. Hopefully they will stretch a bit. My only little niggle is that the holes for the buckle to go in weren’t punctured properly so it was a job getting them done up first time. Also I would have actually preferred have got the Melinda in black, but unfortunately they don’t come in black.

I am so happy with my new shoes. They are beautiful and I can't wait to wear them. Delivery was really quick and they were well packaged. Over the moon

Customer service is non existent. Requested a return and I’ve had no response after a week and 3 emails. Lovely shoes but just to small .

I love the shoes and matching bag, well made and a perfect fit. However, after two weeks I still hadn't received the goods. I sent an email directly re delayed delivery which was followed up very quickly and efficiently by their customer service, another parcel was dispatched quickly and Ruby Schoo logged the missing parcel with Evri.

Ordered some wide fit shoes for my sons wedding, I was a bit dubious in case they wouldn't fit, omg they are so comfy, will definitely be ordering more.

Shoes are fabulous, but delivery was later than stated. I think this was due to the delivery company and not Ruby Shoo

I love the design of the shoes, from ordering, to paying, to receiving my delivery. It was seamless and efficient. Absolutely wonderful experience. And the shoes! They’re so beautiful!

I love ruby shoo shoes . I was a tad disappointed that they took so long to arrive and customer service wasn’t great , she did explain her partner had to deal with a family emergency, I understand but it is a business and it might be an idea to hire someone temporarily to help in the future . Over all I’m just ecstatic to have another pair of ruby shoos

Amended review.
I have now received my refund.

Due to the frustration of the returns process I will no longer purchase directly from the company.
In future I will buy through Amazon knowing I'm guaranteed a swift return of goods.

The shoes are beautiful and I have several pairs.
Half sizes would be a welcome addition.

The shoes were supposed to be wide fit but they were no wider than a standard fit in my opinion.

Customer service and the returns process is slow and frustrating.

Easy to order. Shoes arrived/delivered within a few days. The shoes are comfortable with a padded insole and look fabulous
