What a fantastic company
Easy to order. Up front about postage/ returns costs. Very fast (next day) delivery. I had to return as the jacket was too big and the refund was processed in days

A great shopping experience
I first shopped at Rufford’s in Harrogate in April and was so impressed with the staff, the quality of the clothes and overall experience and was happy to hear there was a store in Garstang closer to home.
Again a great experience with helpful staff, a store that is clean and well presented and a great choice of clothing. I will recommend and shop here again.

Great product at a great price. But ordered next day delivery at extra cost which then took 5 days to arrive.

Your order was dispatched from us the following day on the next-day service as requested, but unfortunately it then experienced an unexpected delay within the courier network. We completely understand the frustration, particularly when you had paid extra for next-day delivery.
As you didn’t receive the next-day service you paid for, we’ve refunded the difference between our standard and next-day delivery charges back to your original payment method.
We’re sorry the delivery didn’t match the service you expected on this occasion, and we hope this goes some way towards putting things right.

I was out in Harrogate and passed the…
I was out in Harrogate and passed the shop. I thought oohh this looks nice so my husband and I went in. I saw a lovely pink dress and a white pair of linen trousers. The lady came over and asked if I needed any help so I said yes I’ll have these please. She replied do you want to try them on. I replied no thank you I’m going to watch Newcastle play would you be able to send them to my address. She said I’ll check with my manager she did and said that would be fine I wrote my address down my husband paid for them and a few days later they arrived at my home beautifully packaged. Both ladies in the shop were very helpful and it was a very quick and pleasant experience. I will be back again.

Not familiar with the process.…
It took the assistant a good 15 minutes to issue a gift voucher. She was familiar with the process not sure if she was new or not.
I was surprised that it was just a small business type card with the receipt attached. I expected something more for the type of store it is.

Placed the order the day before we came back from holiday and discovered it would be delivered the next day ! !
After a phone call they managed to delay the order for a few days until we were home.
All delivered promptly thanks to the ladies at the office 👍
