Absolutely love my Taos Chocolate rug from Rugs for Good. The quality is amazing, its super soft and has completed our living area. Our robo-vac glides right over it and it's the perfect colour to hide life's messes. 10/10 would recommend to anybody in the market for an ethically made, hand-crafted rug for their home.

Rug is awesome and as shown online. Delivery company was less so, as they wouldn’t deliver to our address even though it is only 15mins from urban area and same post code.

This is the fifth rug I have received from Rugs For Good and as usual, the quality is amazing. Delivery was quick and the rug exceeded my expectations!

This rug is even better in the flesh. The colour is rich ( I have the Mulberry ) and changes depending on the light in the room which I love. The low-pile fabric is dense and heavy. I have it under the corners of my lounge and have not needed an anti-slip mat.

Bought a beautiful jute rug. Rugs for good sorted out delivery issue immediately. I love the product and knowing it's ethically made and I'm helping a good cause

DISAPPOINTED. Purchased a rug in Dec 2023 as a gift for a friend. I received the rug pre Xmas, inspected it and wasn't entirely happy with the quality. The rug was already tufting and sprouting in areas and the edge finish wasn't ideal, raw and already fraying in some areas. Against my better judgment I chose not to complain and proceeded with gifting the rug.
The rug is in a bedroom, under a queen size bed with one fifth of the rug extending beyond the bed frame at one end, and in a very low traffic area. After only 6 weeks my firend advised me that the rug had split (stitching had come undone) in one area. I sent an email to Rugs For Good on March 15, with images.
I didn't hear back and sent a follow-up email on March 19 and 2 further follow up emails before finally getting a response yesterday, April 4. At no point did I request a refund or ask to return the rug, I was simply providing feedback and expressing my disappointment at the poor quality. Length of time and effort it took on my part to facilitate a response to my initial email only exacerbated my disappointment. Very dissatisfied with my purchase and overall lack of adequate customer service by Rugs For Good.
I supported the business because I believed in the social initiative and brand ethos.
Full disclosure, I did purchased a rug from them back in 2022 which I am happy with. Saldy they let themselves down terribly on this occasion and I certainly wont be supporting them in future.
