Great boots. Comfortable right out of the box.

As a somewhat newcomer to the boot world I started buying and wearing boots everyday just a year and a half ago. Since then I have bought 6 pair of Rujo boots. They just seem to give me everything I need. Excellent quality, a good fit and a hell of a lot of bang for the buck!

Absolutely one of the best brands out there the quality of the product for the price can’t be beaten not to mention the great customer service they have I had a issue with fitment on boots and clothing they were quick to issue me a replacement thank you barbra

I recently added my 47th pair of Rujo Boots to my collection: a pair of classy Midnight Black Ranger Caiman Belly boots. And WOW! These are, without question, the most comfortable boots I have ever worn.

Trust me, I'm a longtime boot enthusiast with decades of experience and boots from dozens of different brands. I know a thing or two about quality footwear, and Rujo Boots consistently delivers. These Rangers are absolutely terrific!

What I particularly love is their versatility. They look incredibly sharp paired with a suit for dressier occasions, yet they're equally at home with jeans when I'm going casual. Great style, outstanding comfort, and quality that makes them a pleasure to wear.

I seldom rave about a product, but these boots genuinely deserve the accolades. After 47 pairs, I think it's safe to say that I'm a pretty enthusiastic Rujo Boots customer. If you're considering a pair, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed!

I’ve purchased four pairs of boots from Rujo.

First, quality is excellent. Better than typical boot store shelf boots (not comparing them to the boutique brands that are handmade, but Rujos are closer to them).

Exotic skins are excellent quality.

Build and QC are excellent.

For the money, I don’t think you can buy a better pair of boots.

I did have a freak issue with a pair of mine about a month after purchase, it was a thread issue on the side that was completely concealed until it started coming loose. No way it could have been caught. Rujo sent me a replacement pair no questions asked.

Own two pairs of Rujo boots, both extremely comfortable, high quality, and great looking boots. Their customer service folks are extremely responsive and they ship FAST!

I bought my first pair last year. I now own nearly every boot in their collection, That is how impressed I am by Rujo Boots. The produce high Quality products which are on par with the likes of Lucchese and Black Jack. Pair that with better pricing, an honest and caring customer service team which allows for reach to the highest levels. Rujo Boots is truly in a league of their own and is very in touch with both their customers and current economic climate.

Five-Star Comfort straight out of the box with Evident Quality.

The RUJO Zeke in Charcoal felt amazing straight out of the box and the Python inlays on the pull tabs are a great touch showcasing the boots superior quality.

The Zekes didn't need any stretching at all. They’re way ahead of my Ariat Futurity Streak Pythons, which required stretching and still can't compete with the Zekes' baseline comfort.

I am a repeat RUJO customer; I love their boots. Give them a try!

My first pair of Rujo's was given to me a week ago as a birthday gift. I found out that the original order sent was 2 sizes too big and after reaching out to customer service they had sent a packing label to return the wrong size and overnighted the correct size that day. It was a simple mistake but was taken care of quickly and professionally

The boots and clothing are very high quality. Customer service is excellent. I had a few defective boots and they exchanged them no problems in a timely matter.

I own 6 pairs of Rujo's boots from pirarucu to ostrich to caiman. They are fantastic quality and very comfortable. I've had 2 issues in the past (one of which was a sizing error on my part) and both times, rujo exchanged quickly with no issue. Not to mention, they run great sales throughout the year. Pair those sales with quality products and great customer service, you have a winner.

Got the Trace in black. Comfortable boot, true to size and will see how it holds. Very happy so far!

You can’t find better boots from a better company with a better staff! The customer service is exceptional. I live in Hawaii and other larger companies will not do business here. The Rujo team treats my business just like everyone else. I have seven pairs and I have plans for more. From goat to ostrich to caiman to lizard…and round toe to cutter toe (7 toe) to square toes. Pull the string and get a pair!

Awesome company to do business with, they really take care of the customer. I have three pairs of Rujo boots and have found them to be great quality and comfortable to wear even after back surgery. I get more random people stopping me and saying they like my boots when ever I wear them than anything else I own.

I own several different brands of western boots ranging from Stetson, Tecovas, Lucchese, Ariat, Shyanne, etc, and I have to say my Rujo boots are by far my favorites!! They are the most comfortable boots I own and great value and quality! They have great customer service as well. I own 4 pairs of Rujos and I am eyeing 2 more pairs right now! I even got my husband hooked on them! :)
