Ich warte seit Januar auf die Lieferung und hoffe, dass der Kaufpreis noch nicht über Google pay abgerechnet wurde.

I ordered a Rubik's Cube. According to the website and their video, it was supposed to be a handmade Rubik's Cube. I received a single piece of plastic, completely useless. It's nothing like the item advertised on the website.
It's a complete scam!!!

Il 7 febbraio ho comprato un filo di luci pagando un extra per la spedizione veloce, ma le ho ricevute solo il 14 marzo.
Ho chiesto un rimborso al servizio clienti (inesistente) che non risponde.
Alla fine ho anche riscontrato che le mie lucine made in China, su Temu costavano un terzo di quello che ho pagato.
Non comprerò mai più da Rulyshop. Caro e inaffidabile.

ATTENZIONE E' UNA TRUFFA !! Non hanno mai spedito il prodotto e non rispondono al telefono, non compriamo cinese.

Corresponding with this company is non-existent! The quality of the items don't match the description or the pictures. I'm very unhappy but forced to keep the items. I've attempted contacting this company 3 times but there is no reply. DON'T ORDER FROM RULYSHOP!

Im Oktober 2025 habe ich eine Bestellung getätigt und bis heute kam ....NICHTS. Auch der "Kundendienst" ist eine reine Katastrophe. Von dem hört man auf Anfrage nämlich ebenfalls nichts.
Wenigstens habe ich über PayPal mein Geld zurück erhalten.
Fazit: absolut UNSERIÖS und NICHT zu empfehlen.
Lieber in anständigen Shops bestellen😏

Ik bestelde een tractor om whisky in te doen. Ik had verwacht dat er al iets zou inzitten maar dat was niet zo al kan je op de site wel kiezen welke whisky je wil. Ik kreeg enkel een kleine tractor die helemaal niet mooi afgewerkt is. Er staat ook helemaal niets van de whisky op, wat op de foto wel zo was. Jammer dat ik de extra douanekosten betaald heb.

The bottle shape does not match the product description. The item was delivered mirrored. Customer service is not responding to emails. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this product at all.

Everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition, beautifully packaged. The whole ordering and delivery process was completely smooth and hassle-free.

Do not order from here. My order arrived and was not what it was advertised as. I have contacted them twice and no reply! Do not order from here you will get ripped off

Their website sizing guide was completely accurate and the item fits perfectly. And Delivery was fast, and I'm genuinely thrilled with my entire order.

I contacted customer support with a sizing question before ordering. They replied in just a few minutes, extremely friendly and professional with perfect advice. The item fits beautifully and I absolutely love my purchase.

Du får ikke hvad du tror du bestiller. Billederne set flotte ud, men varen er virkelig dårligt lavet. Lad dig ikke snyde som jeg gjorde.
